This amazing studio in a converted loft building boasts a 42 Inch Flat screen TV. It is right in the heart of Hipsterville Williamsburg. 5 min walk to the Williamsburg Market and East River Ferry and 6 blocks down Bedford ave to the L train. 3 stops to Union Square. You are also 2 mins from the Williamsburg bridge which you can walk or ride across to the Lower East Side. Williamsburg has just been crowned the music and art capital of New York State. If you are younger than 40 and want to get a real taste of New York then this is where you need to be. I am an Australian who has been living here a year now and am often over seas which is when i rent out my place. As some one who came initially on a holiday myself I urge you to check this area out even if you don't stay with me. ONE FINAL NOTE: This is a basement apartment and as such has no natural light. It has great air flow and air con and is super quiet for sleeping in after a hard night out in NYC.
Every soul must be included in the confirmation. Children and Babies included.

Great flat and really good welcome from June. She was here for us when needed, she was very friendly and willing to help us. I highly recommend to rent this flat if you want to have a great trip
nice, quiet place to stay for a nyc trip. close to plenty of good food and a quick subway ride to get to manhattan.
june is a great host. very accommodating.
Great apartment in super cool location. Highly recommend! The hosts are very nice and everything throughout our stay was convenient and well take care of. Definitely will try to book again when in Brooklyn.
We stayed in this apartment for a week and couldn't have asked for anything more. June is a fantastic, friendly host and more than willing to help out wherever possible. The room itself was quiet and very close to cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, as well as a short subway ride to Manhattan. There aren't any windows, however this was definitely welcomed for sleeping. Definitely looking forward to staying here again. Thanks June!
Vincent and his mom run a great service here. Friendly, clear communication from Vincent prior to arrival, and June could not have been sweeter and more accommodating when I got there.
Apt was clean and as described. great location and building.
highly recommended. Thanks again!!
Vincent and Alice's Williamsburg basement studio was wonderfully convenient. Tons of free parking outside, fast response time, and the availability of Vincent's mother next door were great features that made staying in Brooklyn a breeze.
Despite the lack of a window, the studio was well decorated and had a high quality kitchen and bathroom. One of the walls seemed a bit thin, and the bed was not the most comfortable, but the apartment was very accommodating
I highly recommend staying here!.
Great apt in ideal location. Really enjoyed our stay here and it was made easy by June who helped with whatever questions we had.
Wonderful ... Simply wonderful. The studio is comfortable & very artsy that brings out the Williamsburg hipster vibe. For sure will visit this pad again.
P.S. June was a absolute pleasure to meet
Vincent and Alice's place is a gem right in the centre of exciting Williamsburg. Vincent's mum June was a wonderful host who went out of her way to make our stay all the more enjoyable.
The studio is cozy, warm and perfect for a city break. You're 10mins walk from Bedford Ave. L train and right around the corner from the BEST bagel store in the WORLD..called The Bagel Store.
Would highly recommend this lovely studio, ideal for those who want to explore another part of NY with easy access to Manhattan for all your tourism needs!
Looking forward to coming again (when it's warmer)
Thanks for a brilliant stay.
This place was perfect for a quick weekend trip as I was visiting friends in NYC. Had everything you'd expect - comfortable bed, clean linens, shower, wifi and situated in a safe area. I would gladly recommend Vincent's place to other potential visitors. Definitely an ideal place to stay.
