This amazing studio in a converted loft building boasts a 42 Inch Flat screen TV. Double Bed with extra pull out matress for guests, free wifi, cable, a fully loaded kitchen and bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath. It is right in the heart of Hipsterville Williamsburg. 5 min walk to the Williamsburg Market and East River Ferry and 6 blocks down Bedford ave to the L train. 3 stops to Union Square. You are also 2 mins from the Williamsburg bridge which you can walk or ride across to the Lower East Side. Williamsburg has just been crowned the music and art capital of New York State. If you are younger than 40 and want to get a real taste of New York then this is where you need to be. I am an Australian who has been living here a year now and am often over seas which is when i rent out my place. As some one who came initially on a holiday myself I urge you to check this area out even if you don't stay with me. ONE FINAL NOTE: This is a basement apartment and as such has no natural light. It has great air flow and air con and is super quiet for sleeping in after a hard night out in NYC.

Every soul must be included in the confirmation. Children and Babies included.

  • Great apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Joan was absolutely wonderful. So helpful and a genuinely friendly, helpful and interesting woman. Although an inflatable mattress was provided for our extra person, the apartment is particularly well suited for two people. Overall, however, we would definitely book again if we could, as we loved both the generous hospitality and the neighbourhood. Highly recommend.

  • Thank you so much for this great NY experience. The studio was ideally located, with three metro lines, which took us to the main sites in Manhattan, really close, plenty of shops and restaurants around , right next to Williamsburg bridge from where we had the most amazing views of the Manhattan skyline. We enjoyed the calm after the storm of our big city walks in this cosy and clean place with a great kitchen and big flat-screen TV. Thank you so much to June who looks after the studio and its guests! She was really friendly, helpful and welcoming. At our next trip to NYw we will sure stay at the same place.

  • We stayed in this apartment for a week and couldn't have asked for anything more. June is a fantastic, friendly host and more than willing to help out wherever possible. The room itself was quiet and very close to cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, as well as a short subway ride to Manhattan. There aren't any windows, however this was definitely welcomed for sleeping. Definitely looking forward to staying here again. Thanks June!
