This amazing studio in a converted loft building boasts a 42 Inch Flat screen TV. Double Bed with extra pull out matress for guests, free wifi, cable, a fully loaded kitchen and bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath. It is right in the heart of Hipsterville Williamsburg. 5 min walk to the Williamsburg Market and East River Ferry and 6 blocks down Bedford ave to the L train. 3 stops to Union Square. You are also 2 mins from the Williamsburg bridge which you can walk or ride across to the Lower East Side. Williamsburg has just been crowned the music and art capital of New York State. If you are younger than 40 and want to get a real taste of New York then this is where you need to be. I am an Australian who has been living here a year now and am often over seas which is when i rent out my place. As some one who came initially on a holiday myself I urge you to check this area out even if you don't stay with me. ONE FINAL NOTE: This is a basement apartment and as such has no natural light. It has great air flow and air con and is super quiet for sleeping in after a hard night out in NYC.
Every soul must be included in the confirmation. Children and Babies included.

The apartment was large, well designed, clean, chic, and perfect! Highly recommend! Warm and welcoming people! The area is very nice, safe, clean, and in a trendy area. Close to subway system and lots of street parking! Everything you need is in this area and you'll always have something to do.
June is very welcoming, the informations was clear. The apartment is perfect a couple in a basement so there is no window. It is great location in Brooklyn (bars, restaurants, vue ...). Thanks June !
We like our stay! Everything was clean and the host is friendly. Free wifi was very helpful. I'll go back there next time I'm visiting.
Stayed here for a night for a wedding -- great, clean place and very spacious for what it was. Vincent's mom was an absolute dream. I'd stay here again if I needed a night in Brooklyn!
We absolutely love this studio apt! Cool decor , very well ( and comfortably ) appointed , super quiet and the location can not be beat ! June was a doll and was very accommodating ! We look forward to returning at a future date and most definitely recommend ! Pam & Rick
We had a wonderful & Comfortable stay at Vincent & Alice place.
It was a home away from home. Vince mom June was a very Sweet Lady & Welcomed us on arrival. She instructed us abt her place.
The neighbourhood was amazing with a lots of eateries & pubs nearby, with the metro to NYC being a mere 10 mins walk,9 blocks away.
The apt was cozy, clean & well carpeted with a nice kitchen & utensils. Hd Tv with Cable was an added advantage. High speed Wifi. Perfect for a couple. Only problem was network connectivity which was almost nil, but even that problem was solved by a strong wifi in house..
Will definetly recommend this place & would love to come back.
Thanks June, Vincent & Alice.
We LOVED this place! June keeps the space clean as a whistle, and is the most lovely host I've met, and always available to help in any way we needed. The space met our needs perfectly - we had total privacy and quiet, never even heard a sound from any of the neighbors, which is unusual for NY. More than anything, the sense of respect and privacy were unmatched. Not a glamorous apartment with balcony and a view, but the vibe was peaceful, clean (physically and otherwise), and kind. Most of all, I want to take a bow to June, who I just love. Such a dear person. Can't wait to come back.
