A very comfortable house (about 110 s.m.) on the rocks, in front of Policastro Gulf, with 3 bedrooms (on the first floor), 3 bathrooms (two on the first floor and a little one on the ground floor), a living kitchen, a huge living room, a patio with barbecue, 2 terraces and a private parking (available for only one car). The closest village (with all basic necessities) is about 2 km far, while the main beach is about 300 metres, down from the rocks. We can lodge up to 4 people.
