Everything was great. The place is exactly as advertised. Kadek and Komang were wonderful hosts. They even upgraded us to a larger room since they had the space to do so when we visited. The only thing you should be aware of is that there are a lot of steps to negotiate to get to and from some of the rooms, because the whole property is on a hillside. It wouldn't be a problem for most people, but if moving around is at all a challenge, I'd chat with the hosts about getting a room where that won't be a problem. The property is even more beautiful than I thought, and we would definitely come back. Breakfast served at your room is a wonderful perk, though the breakfast itself is not the most interesting (but it's certainly good enough!)
We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Villa Beji Indah! We were warmly welcomed and got an upgrade for free! A beautiful villa with pool a pool in front. All accomodations are situated in a beautiful big garden, it feels as if you are the only guest. All meals are served at your villa and the food is great. Villa Beji Indah is close to Ubud, we choose to hire a bike but you can walk to Ubud. When we visit Ubud again in the future we will stay in Villa Beji Indah again!
We stayed at Villa Beji Indah for approximately one month, and we really enjoyed it! The area is amazing, very well maintained and given the large spaces one can totally enjoy a secluded feeling. There's also a good selection of rooms, we tried two of them (Champaka and Yudhisitra) – both really nicely decorated, having the feel of a boutique hotel. There are also two pools, probably the best we tried so far, placed around lush vegetation – really nice to be able to find some shadow in the pool during a hot day! The location of Beji Indah is a pleasant 10-15m walk from central Ubud, which is actually great, since one can skip the crowds, noise and traffic - but still be close to all the amenities. Nevertheless, if you want to go out for a meal you have some good options literally 2m away (D'Warung, Warung Pojok, etc). However, on top of the amazing location, architecture, and serene feeling of Beji Indah, the best thing are the people managing it! Komang and his team were absolutely fantastic! Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, going way beyond what you usually expect in a hotel. We definitely recommend this place to other fellow travellers, and we're looking forward to coming back soon!
I have to say that this suite in Villa Beji indha is one of the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The estate is located by a river that cross the super green village of Ubud. The rooms are completely absorbed by a rich rainforest with its beautiful landscape, and also the garden is designed in every details. I have found the stuff extremely friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Cleaning, impeccable! If you want to visit Ubud, that's where you want to stay.
We had one of the most memorable stays at Yudhishtira, Beji Indah. The place is very clean and green. The infinity pool overlooking the wilderness is clean and beautiful. The neighbourhood is peaceful and excellent. Though a little away from the Ubud centre, this was more a blessing than a negative. We loved every minute spent here, specially because of the super friendly staff. All services, including laundry and room service, are very efficient. Would also recommend to use the services of the car and drivers suggested by the staff.
Off season is a good time to go to Ubud since the rains are beautiful and the place is not very crowded.
We had a lovely stay at these Villas (Villa Beji Indah) outside Ubud. The location was close enough for a bit of exercise to reach the town center, but distant enough to be peaceful and allow us to enjoy the verdant river valley. The wifi did not work in our first room but our hosts graciously helped us relocate to an even more lovely room. The breakfasts were good, room was clean, pools and grounds were beautiful, and we enjoyed our interaction with the staff.
We recently stayed in the room Yudhistira, and we loved it. I would not hesitate to stay here again - it feels very private and we were surrounded by lush green rain forest, which seemed to go on forever. This was perfect for our honeymoon. Two impressive pools to choose from, the infinity edge drops over into the rain forest behind - bliss. We didn't get to check out any other rooms to compare. Our room was spacious, and is just as it looks in the photos. The rooms are not brand new, but not rustic, and outdoor bathroom was perfect. Breakfast is served in your room or out on your private terrace. Massages take place in a hut overlooking the river - can't recommend that enough! All in all, just majestic surroundings and we would stay again in a heartbeat. We got a scooter so getting into town was quick, but it would probably be a 25-30 min walk otherwise. All in all, just a magical place to stay.
