Chad was very helpful and fast when answering questions. The house itself is very nice and spacious and located great near up and coming passyunk av. Travel to center is easy. Would definitely recommend.
Chad was the perfect host. He was very welcoming, answered all inquiries promptly, and provided great recommendations. The house is awesome! Clean, spacious, comfortable, and located in a cool neighborhood with fabulous restaurants and boutiques. I could not ask for a better airbnb experience!
I have to say that Chad certainly goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel welcomed. The house was exactly as described in his posting and very clean. All communication prior to booking regarding any questions I had were answered promptly. Chad left fresh fruit and other various goodies for us which I felt was a warm touch. Much appreciated as we drove threw the night to get there and hadn't had time to stop for things.
I would recommend Chads home to anyone traveling to Philadelphia. The neighbourhood is extremely friendly and safe. Parking wasn't the greatest but not a deal breaker by any means.
Book with confidence here and you will not be disappointed :)
Chad was an amazing host! The house was spacious and comfortable, and pretty much stocked with the essentials. He even got us new toothpaste and mouthwash, which shows how detail-oriented and caring he is for his guests! We stayed for 5 days, 4 nights, and were extremely pleased with everything. He left fresh towels, snacks, water bottles in each room, fresh fruit, etc. There is also a washer/dryer, which makes longer stays a bit more manageable. The area is really great as well, just minutes from a number of restaurants. We ate at Birra, Palladinos, Noir, and some a bit further, but Palladinos is definitely a great place to go for fancy apps & drinks. Overall, definitely stay at Chad's place. You won't regret it!
We were in Philly for a documentary shoot at Penn Medicine and all hotels were sold out - I was so relieved to find Chad's listing and it was a great spot to rest after a long shoot day. Parking across the street at the school worked perfectly for us. Neighborhood is really great - kind of like Brooklyn's Clinton Hill. Chad was super responsive and even offered to bring over a new coffee machine when his cleaning service informed him they had broken it earlier that day. Chad's place was a life saver!
Great place to stay just 5-10 mins to city centre on no 23 bus.
Clean and comfortable.
Chad met U.S. and showed us around the house and very kindly had filled the fridge and cupboards with essentials to get us going. Very kind and beyond call of duty.
Would thoroughly recommend
Thanks Chad for a great four days in Philadelphia
