This beautiful condo is a quiet place in the middle of the city with a pool, dance studio and a gated parking spot. Easy access to everywhere in LA - close to world known dance and recording studios, Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, Hollywood...

The space
This condo covers the whole second floor of the building, there are windows all around so it's light, bright and very spacious. The condo is very clean and well taken care of. It's a perfect space and area for different artists like dancers, actors, photographers, screenwriters, directors, musicians, animators or anyone who enjoys art.
The kitchen has also been completely vegetarian and mostly vegan for many years.
The place very comfortably accommodates 6 people (2 ppl per bedroom).
