Please disclose any disabilities. The Complex is opposite the 4 star luxury Pride Plaza Hotel and the amazing pure veg Aathithi Dining Hall. There are lots of restaurants/fast food options, veg and non veg, Mega shopping malls without the need of public transport but Rickshaws and Uber available 24/7. Everything you need for weddings outfits, Saris, gold and diamonds, imitation jewellery very near. Family holiday home for over 15 years as at 2019. AC in both bedrooms-reasonable use appreciated.

This is a 10th floor Penthouse flat which enjoys its own roof terrace. During the day or night its a very 'peaceful' view even though its noisy in the day and very busy generally, somehow its feels as though you are far away and at a safe distance from the rush...thats how I feel when I stand and look around from the roof terrace. We have had parties and gatherings there too which is just the perfect treat for everyone to enjoy. The spiral staircase leading up to the terrace is not fat friendly but this is normal for such staircases. AC in both bedrooms based on reasonable use, otherwise Guest may be charged extra based on monthly electricity bill. AC's to be switched off when guests are not in the Listing.

The guarded entrance to complex leads you to the courtyard where young families play games and use the children's playground type apparatus.

We try to keep costs as low as possible to enable guests to enjoy our space at an affordable price. The main thing which can cause a hike in the price is the use of the AC which wont be a surprise. If there is excessive use we will provide evidence and request extra money to cover our costs accordingly.

There is the 4 star Pride Plaza Hotel opposite the complex and the 4 star Grand Bhagavati Hotel within a short walk. This is the best area to oranize weddings and other auspicious events or you can simply do your shopping here for such events, your choice.

Also within a short or long WALK of no more than 1 - 15 minutes are jewelry shops, Subway, Havmor, (ice creams and snacks) Aathithi, Gordhanthaal, (high standard Gujarati cuisine, like top variety Thaali) veg and non veg snack bars and restaurants from all over the world to suit any tastes, coffee shops, furniture shops, dental clinic, gym, supermarket, car mechanic, optician, doctors surgeries, the finest 5 star hospitals, pharmacy, aryuvedic and health supplies, cinema, indian casual and wedding clothing (saree shops) and Jade Blue top tier unisex clothing store, banks with ATM, elite Rajpath Club and Karnavati Club, electrical stores, bedding stores, bookstore, ISCON Mega Mall and all the delights you would expect as compared with London and New York. An area with absolutely every amenity and type of shop, store, clinic, eatery, medical and finance convenience etc..should definitely reflect to you the affluent and busy and touristy area that this Listing is situated in.
