Located on Little Exuma Island, on a private beach shared with only 4 other homes, the vibrant blue sea will mesmerize while the comforts of the house's chic design keeps you relaxed in casual luxury with endless views from every room. The villa features a 3-bedroom Main House and a 1-bedroom Beachfront Cottage, all with ensuite bathrooms.

Other things to note
No Animals of any kind are allowed in the house. The house is in The Bahamas and not subject to laws in the USA.

Where you’ll be

Exuma, Bahamas

The house is directly on Love Beach in Forbes Hill, Little Exuma. With only 4 other houses on the beach, it's quiet and it will seem that you'll have the beach all to yourself. Swim, snorkel, paddle board, or kayak around the area. Take a walk from our beach to the east on a path to 2 connecting beaches and enjoy the scenery. The settlement of Forbes Hill is up the hill and quiet as well. A few of Exuma's favorite restaurants are within a 10 minute drive (Santanna's, Tropic Breeze, and Blue on the Water).

Hi, I'm Rob. I first vacationed in Exuma in 2010 and after traveling to many other Caribbean destinations, I knew that I just wanted to be back there. So in 2013, my family returned to the island and found the lot that where we built The Salt House a few years later.
