Mermaid Crossing was a labor of love, as the owners painstakingly updated and restored this 100 year-old historic beach cottage to be enjoyed for generations to come. Keep your eye out for otters basking out on the bay from virtually every room in the house. The upstairs master boasts 180 degree ocean views from Otter Point to Lover’s Point. Warm up on a cool night with radiant heat floors throughout the house and cozy, river stone framed fireplaces in the cottage and living room. Let the crashing waves serenade you to a restfull sleep in the brand new, plush queen beds upstairs or king cottage (king can be converted into two twins upon request).
Mermaid Crossing has complimentary high-speed wifi and 3 brand new 40”-50” Vizio flatscreen TVs with Xfinity cable. All brand new high-end appliances including a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a stocked gourmet kitchen with everything you need to entertain. The oversized outdoor patio has a BBQ, a gas firepit and ample seating for you and your guests to watch the light parade of squid boats gliding across the bay at night.
