This very pleasing Condominium, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 4 guests with a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the Living room. There is a full bathroom with a hairdryer. A fully fitted kitchen will take care of all your cooking needs.

The space
Entertainment is provided by a Smart Flat Screen TV in the living room, with many channels to choose from or you may want to relax on the patio and watch some of the gorgeous sunsets over Cabo. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room will keep you comfortable during the warm summer nights, eat inside or Dine at the ‘Three Amigas Cantina” pool side restaurant and bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, at very reasonable prices. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.

In the Lobby, you will find a beautiful Nail Bar & Spa, Serrano’s Bar and General Store. Marina Sol consists of five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of palm trees and tropical plants, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar, or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.

If you prefer the beach, a two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk.

This condo is located on the fourth floor of the building, there are two elevators, for easy handicap access there is a wheelchair ramp heading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside.
