Welcoming, with attention to detail, Society linen sheets and a very romantic en suite small bathroom.
A charming house dating from the early 1900s, Federico and Claudia Walter have paid attention to every smallest detail in order to make your holiday truly unforgettable.Villa Nina Relais is to be found 7 km north of Como in one of the most beautiful and prestigious areas of Lake Como, on the road known simply as the “Riva Romantica" (Romantic Lakeside).
It is 40 km from both Milan and Lugano (Switzerland) and is the only B&B in the area with private direct access to the water, having a lakeside garden and a large terrace, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. Its teak floating dock is perfect for sunbathing or diving into the lake; a lake which dates from the ice age and is the deepest and most captivating of all in Italy.
From Villa Nina you can visit Como, Villa d'Este at Cernobbio, the village of Laglio, so dear to George Clooney, and reach Bellagio, Villa Carlotta and all the other places of interest on the lake without the need to drive anywhere, thanks to two nearby landing stages, easily reachable on foot.
Those who, on the other hand, prefer to not stray too far can take a walk under the evocative foot bridges which span the “Riva Romantica" at regular intervals, connecting houses to the lake (Villa Nina has one such bridge) or pay a visit to a characteristic restaurant from where it is possible to continue appreciating the magical views of the lake.

"Surrounded by beautiful hillsides and steeper slopes, the area feels like a secret hideaway and can feel more enclosed for those looking for more privacy and seclusion.
The pretty towns along the lake offer a glamourous vibe, popular amongst the well-heeled Europeans who visit.
There is a more vintage style of architecture which lends itself beautifully to the picture perfect postcard scenes of Italy. The rustic and historical buildings provide a timeless elegance to the area.
The lake seems to attract the international jet-set community who can often be found wandering the picturesque towns and soaking up the sunshine in the lake side cafes and bars of this glitzy, fashionable retreat.
Be sure to visit the region's spectacular villas and gardens – some of the finest in Italy."
