Interaction with Guests
I have a day job so I might not be around a ton during the week but I like to try and connect with everyone who comes through for a bit. I live in the unit so I'm sure we will catch up but I'll respect your space.
The one thing I love most about this place is the location! You can walk about a block to the heart of Fillmore Street for cafes, shops, restaurants, and just about anything you need. If you want to explore the city, we are a few blocks from two great parks, a half a mile to the cable cars, and a one-mile walk through Pacific Heights' magnificent "Gold Coast" to the beautiful and historic Presidio.
The location is also very well served by the bus system. The central location puts the whole city in reach!
The location has a walk score of 98, a transit score of 86, and the roads are great if you aren't afraid to tackle a hill or two by bike.
This is city living. Parking can be a little tough, but, fortunately, you don't really need a car.
Several bus lines stop within 2-3 blocks so you can get anywhere.
Lyft and Uber are very easy ways to get around. Download the respective apps on a smartphone and you can hail a private driver directly to you within minutes. If you're a first timer, use the promo codes below and we will both get a free ride!

Other Things to Note
I have a selection of cereal for breakfast and plenty of coffee.
Please note the strict cancellation policy. Please don't book until you're sure you're coming!
My building has official quiet hours starting at 10 pm. No one is crazy about enforcement, but that does mean no late, noisy parties.
This is very much city living and, as such, outdoor space is scarce. To be respectful to others in the building, I don't allow smoking on the property. The neighborhood is great for a stroll if you'd like to smoke.
Feel free to use the kitchen and the washer/dryer, but please clean up after yourself!
Please keep the unit locked when you leave.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Jay was a great host. Although we never met face to face, he put up with a thousand and one questions from us. His place was super clean and contemporary, everything you could want, including a really well stocked kitchen. The bed was fanTAStic, comfy and great sheets. Will stay again!!!
Jay was very friendly, and showed us around the neighbourhood. He even gave us a bottle of wine and had dinner with us. The flat itself is very comfortable and easy to access.
We loved our visit to Jay's place! Honestly we felt great staying with Jay and he gave us great ideas where to go eat and also how to get around the city! Honestly we recommend staying with Jay.
It was really good. Jay's home was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was soft and clean, so we could sleep well. Also the area was quite and peaceful. I haven't meet Jay but when we need help, he responds directly! Thank you Jay :)
Jay's apartment was really fantastic and the private room was perfect. It was in great location to navigate around the city with so much in very comfortable walking distance. I'd love to stay there again when i'm next in town.
