Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel.

Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).

Walking distance to Stella’s, Polk and Paddle, Sarah Dippity, and Board on 3rd (restaurants); renovated historic movie theatre; quaint park; renovated public library; multiple antique shops; art galleries; River Thistle (massage, facials, Reiki); Main Attire (hair salon); a plant nursery; and Home, Holidays, and More (high end, luxury home items).
