Amy was a wonderful host in her gorgeous house. We had the top floor to ourselves, with fresh sheets and towels. We spent lazy mornings drinking coffee hanging out on her huge screened in porch with her sweet dogs. The neighborhood is hip with great coffee shops and restaurants. Everyday we took either a long walk or a short lyft into downtown. Had the most fabulous visit in Nashville--Great city; nice host; beautiful accommodations.
We stayed in a beautiful apartment above a garage on the property. Our own entrance, bathroom etc. The bed was very comfortable. Close proximity to downtown (less than $10 cab ride) and restaurants nearby (We liked Blue Sky Cafe for breakfast). Will definitely try to stay there again next time we visit Nashville. Thanks Amy!
This was our first experience with AIRBNB and we could not have been more pleased. Our host and accommodations were excellent. Much more pleasant than any hotel/motel.
Deciding to take a last minute trip to Nashville for a weekend turned out to be a great experience, largely in part to Amy. She accepted our request very quick the morning of our trip, and kept in contact throughout the entire day. It was unfortunate that we were unable to spend more time with her because she was informative, kind, and a great host, but she was able to lead us in the right direction in the touristy things we were looking for. Her house is absolutely incredible, with great character, and located in the perfect location, close to 5 Points and downtown. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend her house for future stays.
I booked a long time in advance and so neither Amy nor James was around, although they allowed me the freedom of their beautiful home. The accommodation was very comfortable and in a pretty location. I enjoyed my stay.
We made a last minute trip to Nashville for Fourth of July weekend and decided to try Air B&B. It was our first time booking through this site and Amy helped make it the laid back, easygoing experience we were looking for. Her home is lovely and walking distance to lots of cool stuff in East Nashville. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Charismatic room in East Nashville. It was very private and peaceful, just what I needed as I was in town working on my daughter's wedding preparations. Amy and James were great hosts and accommodated my every need, even in spite of a misunderstanding about the reservation. Their backyard was great for relaxing. My son and I even ate our breakfast out there. It was his first airbnb experience and he was quite impressed!

About the Host, Amy
Living in Nashville is such a treat but I love to get out and explore and have found AirBnB to be the perfect solution to really getting to know an area and the people. I am quiet, early to bed and lead a very healthy lifestyle. Happy to share some banter but also great and keeping to my own and out of the way. Please fire away with any questions to assure that we are a good fit...
