We leave a selection of cereals/milk and a wide variety of teas and some coffee for guests to help themselves. We also try to offer a daily variety – sometimes you may get baguette, sometimes croissant or pain au chocolate and sometimes it’s homemade bread or cake. We always have Nutella (yum) and often you will get some homemade jam and other branded Marmalades/jam. If we are not busy then we also share homemade biscuits, cinnamon buns, homemade flapjacks etc. If you wish to add your own yoghurt or fruit or juice - then we will create space in the fridge for you.
You'll of course have lots of privacy, but we'll always be around to help if you need anything. We also have an office/studio on the 2nd floor, so if you have any questions, there is usually someone around to help. We have lived in London for many years and would be delighted to share our knowledge.

Longer Term Guests
All requests considered – however something to bear in mind:
Gavin works from home and sometimes I am in between consulting projects – so we prefer long term guests to be out of the house during the day. This means we can clean properly without fear of disturbing you.
Please respect our privacy by not inviting anyone other than the two people confirmed in the booking into our home. We have no air beds, travel cots or sofa beds and each room sleeps a maximum of two persons.
We had a great time at Lyn and Gavin's place. The room was perfectly clean ( as for the whole house). The house is close of a underway station, so we could easely reach the downtown. The breackfast was excellent and ludo ( their dog) is very friendly.
We had a great time staying in Lyn and Gareth's beautiful house. We couldn't have wished for anything more. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The little touches were lovely such as the snacks and drinks left in the room and up to date magazines to read. We even had the pleasure of joining Lyn and Gavin for a glass of wine and slow gin. They are so friendly and easy going. The breakfast they put on is great, all the teas and coffees you could dream of and a lovely continental breakfast to start the day with. Including some homemade apricot jam from Italy. Not forgetting Ludo the dog too he's lovely. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. You are brilliant hosts. Hope to see you again x
Totalmente recomendable!!
Lyn and Gavin were wonderful hosts and could not have made me feel more welcome. The house is amazing and in a great location (5 mins to the tube) and it takes 15 mins to get to the City of London.
In short, I cannot recommend them enough. It was a great first Air BnB experiece. Thank you!
We had a great stay. Our room and bathroom was in great condition, and our hosts were very friendly and helped us with our enquirers. Easy to travel to Holborn and central London using the subway - however, please notice that it might around 25 min in one direction.
Lyn and Gavin have a beautiful home and they are very welcoming. They made our first airbnb experience lovely and seamless. Ludo was also extremely sweet and his presence was much needed as we were spending our first week away from our pup. If we ever travel back to London, we would highly consider staying with Lyn and Gavin again, if they would have us!
We had the best time at Lyn and Gavins place! The room was lovely and everything was just perfect. We got all the help turists need to get around London and see whats worth seeing! Lyn and Gavin were the perfect hosts and we are defenetly going to stay there if we come back to London!

I was born and educated in Wales and worked (I still do some consulting) as a senior exec in the hotel and hospitality industry. Lucky to have travelled the world with my job but never had the funds to open my own little place. I am a real people person and nothing makes me happier than a good old belly laugh. Recently discovered Yoga and Pilates - started a sewing course for garment making and also enrolled for an upholstery course in Spring. My Life Motto would be "Treat people as you would wish to be treated".
Both of us have lived in London for 30 years so our knowledge is extensive and we are happy to share suggestions for your visit.
We both enjoy good food and wine, art & culture, film and socialising. We have a little house in Italy and this has become a little project for us.
Fav TV - Breaking Bad, House of Cards, The Good Wife, The Bridge, Borgen, The Killing, The Wire. Fav Food - mainly Italian and Thai.
