Be nice to my house, leave it in the condition you found it.
Be nice to my neighbors, even though they are far away, they can still hear loud music if you play it outside.
Have a great stay and enjoy yourself
This was our first time staying at an Airbnb and the whole process was so smooth. Nikie was amazing and so responsive. A bottle of wine and a hand written note were such nice personal touches upon arrival. Her house is really beautiful, so stylish yet really comfortable. We spent Easter weekend there and our kids loved it. The board games are awesome and the back yard is so peaceful. We will definitely come again.
True to the reviews we read, Nikie's place was clean, quiet and very relaxing. Our family of four (including our 18 year old son and 15 year old daughter) felt welcomed and comfortable in the casually stylish surroundings. Nikie made herself readily available and welcomed us with fresh tulips, wine and chocolate, which was appreciated after our long car trip from Michigan.Though the weekend was chilly, we enjoyed the views from the kitchen and made the most of easy drives to Red Hook, Rhinebeck and Hyde Park. We also did a bit of walking in the neighborhood, and saw plenty of deer. Nikie's place had everything we needed to cook dinner and hang out at the end of a long day. Bathroom and bedrooms were clean and just right. We felt quite at home. Our only regret is that she doesn't have a place in Manhattan we could use:) This was the perfect lead-in to our trip to NYC. Thanks Nikie! We hope to be back--
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and nice. Nikie left us a bottle of wine and chocolate, which was a nice touch and made us feel very welcome.
My wife and I spent the weekend at Nikie's house and loved every minute of it. The place is quiet and rustic, but has all the modern amenities. The location is (email hidden)autiful country setting, but close enough to some nice restaurants (even a winery).
Nikie was a great host. First of all, she let us bring our pups on the trip (and they had a blast running around, outside). She was extremely responsive and thought of everything to make us comfortable in her home (including a bottle of wine)!
I would recommend her place to anyone looking for a break from the city.
Had a lovely weekend getaway. House is very charming and comfortable. Nikie was very accommodating. I'd go back again for sure! In the spring/summer season this place must be paradise.
Nikie's place was gourgeous, spacious, homey, and everything we could have wished for. Great kitchen with beautiful view. The area is perfectly quiet and peaceful.
My husband, baby girl and I were looking for a getaway house from our hectic NYC a lifestyle and Nikie's house was just the perfect spot. We were not blessed with the best weather but enjoyed cooking I. The beautiful kitchen and sitting by the wood stove. We would absolutely visit again and this time bring another couple to take advantage of all the board games! Definitely recommend this adorable house!
