This unattached STUDIO POOL ROOM has one queen bed and a comfortable full futon. Features a large 8.5 ft private pool, citrus cocktail-corner, a large patio area, and RV parking.
A diverse welcoming, large lot community with a farm-living environment so be prepared for roosters crowing, the occasional neighbor on horseback, and the sightings of small farm animals. In 5 miles or less you'll find SPRING TRAINING, NFL STADIUM, GOLF, MAJOR OUTLET SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, and MOVIE THEATERS.

The space
The 350 square foot space has everything you'll need for your stay. There's a small Book Exchange Library at the bedside. Take one if you'd like; leave one if you can. The bathroom drawers are packed with "In Case You Forgot" items and extra towels. The shower has an easy to use soap and hair products (Tresemme') dispenser. There is NO KITCHEN in the unit but the bar sink area has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and water cooler with a refill water vessels.

Guest access
Guest access includes the studio pool room, pool patio, and pool (not shared). Your personal parking spot to private entrace.

Other things to note
Check IN time is 3:00pm or later and Check Out time is 11:00am.

When booking, make note that pool service is every Monday sometime before noon. The pool will not be usable for at least 2 hours after servicing.

There are several fruit trees on the property, and you are welcome to whatever is ripe. When in season: pomegranate, figs, oranges, lemons, lime, pamelo, and apricots.

Our dogs are not mean or vicious but are protective of their space. Please keep appendages on your side of the fence.

NOISY BIRDS: Please note that there are roosters and other noise makers very nearby. Do consider that there will be EARLY morning crowing and squawking.

FUTON: Are you checking in late night and would like the futon already prepped for bed use? Just let me know...I'll gladly accommodate.


There is parking on the property for any size car or truck up to large equipment vans, RVs, and toy haulers.

Parties are not permitted in the area. Guests are permitted up to FOUR visitors per day.

Chris and I are both retirees of the Air Force. We've traveled the world and are now ready to enjoy our home and share a part of it and the surrounding area with the Airbnb community. We've been at this residence for 20 years and have the reaped the benefits of fresh eggs, oranges, homemade jams and wines. Chris is from Chicago and I was raised in Northern Arizona. I'm more into outdoor adventuring and Chris is more into a city environment but we've always managed to meet in the middle for the past 30 years.
