I spent a week in Ann's beautiful home in Victoria. The space was just as described and pictured - spacious, with all the appliances you need for a nice breakfast. It was a very comfortable place to return home to after a long day. Ann and her son were great hosts, very friendly! A lot of choices were provided for breakfast, and they were delicious.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The location is great for exploring Victoria, and the room is big, bright, and comfortable.
This was our second stay with Ann at her beautiful home. We enjoy staying here because it feels like home. The room was very clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, fresh fruit, fresh bakery items, cold cereal etc. Ann and Michael even had a carton of Almond Milk in the fridge for me, a special request. We like the location of the home because it is in a beautiful neighborhood full of character homes, and close enough to downtown that we mostly walked to where we were going. The few times that we did decide to take a cab, it cost less than $10 CAN (each way) to get to restaurants and shopping. Keep in mind, there is no phone in the room so I do recommend either planning on using your own cell phone or make as many arrangements ahead of time as you can so the use of a phone isn't necessary.
Having stayed at Ann's previously, I knew it would be perfect to book for for a friend coming to Victoria after a long trip. Luckily it was available, and my friend loved it. Ann provides everything you need for breakfast in your suite, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Thanks Ann!
Delightful hosts, helpful and willing to give advice and have friendly conversations. Cleanliness was paramount for me. It was very clean.
Ann was very welcoming and made it clear that she was available if I needed her. She provided home-baked muffins one day, and treats from the bakery the next day. The home was just as advertised -- charming, comfortable, cozy, quiet and a great location. I slept really well on the comfy bed. I also appreciated having an off-road parking spot right next to the house. I would stay again.
Ann was very accomodating and friendly. The B and B is a hertage home within a short walk to the legislative buildings and museum. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
Thank you for the warm welcome and treats in the room - a lovely surprise! Convenient location and large living space.
