The space
The beach house has a sprinkler system and ample parking.

Guest access
Full access to the entire house. There are plenty of beach towels. A couple of bikes and kayaks available to take for a spin.

Other things to note
Bathroom set up is unusual since the house used to be a beach club and access to showers from the beach was important to keep tracking sand through the living space to a minimum by accessing directly from an outside stairwell. The two full baths are at opposite ends of the basement living space and two half baths are on each of the upper floors.

Neighborhood highlights

You will be located in a neighborhood of summer cottages. Popham Beach state park is to the right of our section of beach. To the left the beach continues all the way to Fort Popham. There are two restaurants next to the fort which also sell some groceries, beer and wine and have ice cream and have beach items.
