  • Andrea was more than accommodating. We arrived a few hours before check in and she allowed us to leave our luggage with the maid until the apartment was ready for us at 3pm. She responded to all our emails/texts quickly making sure that we had no issues or concerns about our stay.

The apartment is very warm and welcoming giving us the feel of actually being residents of the Greenwich neighborhood. It is located next to many restaurants which is a huge plus and also a short walk from Washington Square park right next to NYU. It is also a block away from the subway which made traveling a breeze.

Overall, our experience was amazing! We felt like true new Yorkers walking up to our cute apartment. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Andera’s apartment to anyone looking for a cute comfortable apartment.

  • It was our first time in NYC and Andrea's apartment was amazing! It was exactly as the photos depicted it, with great morning light. It was unseasonably warm during our stay, but the aircon made it bearable. The location was very close to the subway, and it was the perfect location to explore the whole city. Andrea was easy to contact, responsive, and available for any questions. As other reviews have mentioned, it is up 5 flights of narrow stairs and their is no lift but don't let that stop you from staying here. If you are looking for a charming space that feels like home, definitely stay here.

  • Just got back from spending 5 days in NYC with my 13 year old daughter. We didn't want to stay in Midtown, so we found this perfectly located spot in the Village. It was beyond wonderful. Cozy, but not cramped, and super cute. Within a block or two to everything you might need. While the neighborhood was bumping well into the night, the neighbors were all very quiet. Awesome fire escape/balcony where you can kick back and people watch, with a great view of One World Trade Center. Andrea was accommodating, helpful, funny, and a pleasure to deal with. Next time I'm in New York, I will absolutely do everything I can to stay here again.

  • I forgot to mention. Anybody staying in New York should have a walk along The High Line! An amazing transformation of a disused railroad right in the meat packing district. It's simply stunning with a beautiful walkway and gardens. You will love it.

  • We spent 8 nights in Andrea's apartment. The location is fantastic, right in the middle go lots of cafés etc and very close to the subway! Washington square is only 1 block away and really lovely. The apartment was clean and comfortable and arrival and key pick up was easy. We didn't get the chance to meet Andrea in person, but she was very easy to contact via email or text and responded very quickly if needed. Definitely recommend this apartment.

  • We absolutely loved Andrea's apartment! After spending a week in midtown it was so great to be in the village, loved the atmosphere and being close to lots of great little restaurants. The location was perfect, so so close to the subway. The apartment had everything we needed, and was really comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 5th floor which was fine for us but could be difficult for some. Andrea was really helpful and responded to my requests really promptly. If i get back to New York i will definitely stay again.

  • This is a fabulous place to stay in New York. If you arrive at JFK like we did it is very easy to reach, being only yards from the subway. The neighbourhood is buzzing and has great charm. Brilliant choice of restaurants nearby. The Thai at the bottom of the stairs and the characterful diner across the street (favoured by NY cops) areworth checking out.
The apartment itself is a bijoux gem! A perfect place to chill out after spending time exploring this wonderful city. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Would recommend unreservedly.

  • This apartment was exactly as advertised; very charming, functional and convenient. The five floor walkup was not a problem for us but should be considered by others.
Our host was always available on-line with prompt replies to our requests. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

  • Fantastic location in the Village - parks, subway, grocer, specialty shops & restaurants are all just steps away. Very well furnished too. The pictures are exact representations of the apartment.
Andrea is attentive and ever so helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.
