Hi I remodeled our barn in 2014 its 2 miles from Lake Rathbun. You will have access to the garage area below. I have a ozone room to use during hunting season. Living space is above accessed by two flights of stairs. New AC in loft. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower are on garage level along with full size fridge and freezer. Fire ring outside with wood provided and a large gas grill. Upstairs there is a toaster oven, mini fridge, microwave, and hot plate to cook on tv and pool table.

The loft is a rustic decore, decorated with taxidermy I've taken over the years.
