  • The place is very cosy and calm.
Valentina's family is very friendly, careful and always ready to help. My mom caught a cold the first day on her way to this place, so Valentina's parents were so kind to accompany her to the doctor's. They met my parents in Panza as well as we discussed at the arrival day. My parents always felt that they are taken care of.
This place is full of kind atmosphere created by their owners.

  • Luigi and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. It is such a lovely situation with stunning views. You can do as much or as little as you want activity wise. Wish we had booked for longer!

  • I only wish I could upload come of MY pictures of this place! It is a beautiful little apartment. You really cant see the size of it from the pictures, but it has a really big bedroom with a king size bed and a day bed. The bedroom has huge french doors that open onto the terrace with a pull down screen (like a garage door) so we slept with the doors open every night. The fan kept us plenty cool. We never turned the tv on, but did discover that the bedroom and just out front of the apartment are the best spots for wifi. There is also a daybed in the little dining room which was convenient because we each had our privacy! Our hosts, Luigi (Valentinas Dad) and Chiarra his wife were sweet and helpful.

We did have trouble getting ahold of them when we arrived, but he said that had never happened before. I did have a new burner phone that I bought at Termini in Rome, just to use while here, and it may have been to blame. But since we got in a little late (the buses are notoriously undependable- we ended up paying $30 to a taxi for a ride to Panza, we didnt have time to shop for groceries, they brought down tomatoes and onions and garlic nd coffee and cream and sugar! They were wonderful.

Another benefit is that you are inside of their homes gate, and it just feels very safe. Also there are the thermals. Its a hike down,
not too far, but when you get to the bottom of the road there are 320 steps to go! It is great excercise, and if your knees hurt, you're gonna soak anyway. I had read about the guy down there who supposedly calls himself the pirate of sorghetto, and offers to paint mud on your body and sell you hot mud... Hes a sweet guy, not pushy and never inappropriate in any way. He cooks potatoes and eggs in the really hot spots- he gave us each two potatoes the first night we went down there and we ate them with
eggs and pancetta the last day we were there. The place is very clean and neat-

Shower is a little funky- its on the side instead of the end of the tub so its a little awkward but sufficient! We felt very fortunate to find it! The terrace is to die for- SPECTACULAR views every day- 24-7- Cool little clothes drying rack out there as well as a table and chairs and chaise lounge. God, we hated to leave Ischia. Loved Panza good and kind people there and we felt so safe, Loved Lunas pizza and the little bakery two doors down! Loved our walk to St Angelo, and snorkeling with NEMO'S! I would love to go back to Ischia to live for a season. Then how would I EVER leave...

  • We had the perfect stay in Valentina's place. The view from the terrasse when you arrive is a wonderful surprise. Luigi and his wife were very nice! And Panza is probably one of the most beautiful place of all the island!

  • My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was amazing! The view was perfect, the house was a short (yet steep) walk to the Bay of Sorgeto (natural thermal springs that are free) and the apartment was amazing! Luigi picked us up from the bus stop in Panza square (5 minutes walk from the house) and have us information about the buses and the area. Luigi and his wife were really friendly and made us feel at home. Communication was with Valentina and it was great. Everything was answered quickly and we had no issues at all. Highly recommend staying here! This is a great place to stay. Thanks to Luigi and Valentina for everything! :)

  • We spent a great time in Panza. The view from the terrace in front of the apartment is spectacular. It is just fantastic to sit there, enjoy a good meal and the view. The apartment is very clean and is equipped with everything you need. There's even a washing machine. Valentina's parents are wonderful people. They are so caring and lovely. They gave us a lot of information on what to do on the island. Valentina's father Luigi inquired about a ferry to the Amalfi coast for us and even brought us to Ischia Porto to catch the ferry on our last day. He is such a helpful and nice man. Words cannot describe so much hospitality. Panza is well connected by public transport. It is much fun to relax in the therme of Sorgeto which is just 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. I can highly recommend to stay in this place in Panza. I hope to be able to come back one day. Thanks for everything :-)

  • We were very happy that we chose to stay in Panza for our holiday. First of all, the hosts (Valentina's parents) are wonderful people, very caring. It is honour and pleasure to meet such people.
The surroundings and neighborhood were amazing. Down the street you come to the Sorgeto terme. Then very close to the house is a walk to Baiai Perlara where you come at a amzing view of the sea. From the terrace you see a little village of s'ant angelo, and you can also easily walk to there. Panza village is small and cozy, with two little churches, bar for coffee and great restaurant Centerentulla that was recommended by our hosts. We went there at the end of March and it was a good timing because there were not so many tourists.
The appartment is very clean and nice with a good bathroom and well-equiped kitchen. and of course terrace with a wonderful view where we were having breakfast.
We were very happy that we have chosen to stay there.
