The Space

This craftsman-style home has colorful rooms, modern decor and space to spread out. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and a yoga/meditation room. There is a master suite with queen size bed and private bath with soaking tub and shower. A second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a third room upstairs that has a full size bed. There is a second full bath upstairs.

The house has a rocking chair front porch, deck and a beautiful backyard. It's only a short walk to restaurants/shops in the charming village of Warwick. It's the best of both worlds: convenient location on the main st in town & the solitude of a large wooded backyard. This charming bungalow is close to so many attractions...wineries, farms, skiing, golf, shopping (only 25 min from Woodbury Commons outlets), and even a drive-in theatre in the town that shows six movies each night!

There is more!!! Now when you stay at Bungalow 61, you'll get 15% at consciousfork - voted best vegan restaurant in region by Times Herald Record! Eat heartily or have a juice cleanse, it's a vacation to celebrate. Juice cleanses are available for solo or groups.

Guest Access

Entire house. Front porch/backyard. Sprawling backyard. Close walking distance to town/restaurants/shops. 15% off conscious fork - organic vegan kitchen and juice bar.

Interaction with Guests

I am usually around town while guests are staying. I am reachable most times via text/email - I respond quickly.

The Neighborhood

The house is located within the Village of Warwick. We are located on a busy road (Rt 94) however - the backyard is sprawling and quiet - walking distance to shops/restaurants makes it the best of both worlds - town and country. The neighbors whom share the driveway are wonderful people and everyone minds their own privacy.

Getting around

Driving is a must in Warwick. Though our home is located walking distance to town - so a night of a few glasses of wine is short walk home instead of needing to drive. There are cab services. Public transport to warwick is via bus njtransit. A car makes life much more manageable here.

  • This house was extremely spacious, stylishly decorated, spotless, and above all in a great spot right near the wonderful historical village of Warwick.
Kim, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful, taking the time to give us some very handy tips and recommendations of where to go in the area. She also runs a nearby vegan restaurant called the Conscious Fork which sells delicious smoothies and salads. Wish we could have stayed for longer!!
