Beautiful modern home located in one of Arizona's safest communities, has 3200 sqft of amenities and a newer full size heated pool. This home is perfect for quick golf getaways, touring Arizona, watching your favorite sport teams, girls / guys weekends, or anytime to catch some Arizona sun and fun. Relax by the private pool, enjoy the two very large tv's in two great rooms, huge covered porch with upstairs uncovered porch, both the length of this enormous home. 2 full baths as well. No Parties

The space
Modern, quiet, very large home with 3 large great-room spaces, one with pool table. Sleeps 10 with 5 queen beds and 2 full baths. Has a large heated pool in the back yard. Heating the pool is an Extra $40/night if needed for your stay. Home is filled with one of a kind artwork, to stimulate your senses, a huge kitchen with a large bar top island, built in double ovens, built in stoves. Bedrooms are large and roomy and all have queen beds. Most comments to me are how much bigger the home is than the pictures and my apologies for the bad tablet camera pictures. This home is perfect for winter or summer get aways to enjoy the 360 days of Arizona's sun. Due to Recent events, no parties of any kind are allowed (They Never Were!), we strictly comply with the Airbnb Policy and highly recommend you are courteous to our Neighbours and Friends, because they are awesome.

Terrific town, you can walk to most restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, from the home. Quiet and about 15 minutes to big big box stores and shopping in Chandler. Harrah's Casino is about 5 minute drive away. Parks, Hiking, everywhere, take your pick. About 90 minutes to PIMA Air Museum in Tucson, AZ.

As a host, will go absolutely the distance for respectful, honest people, and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. We use our Arizona home almost exclusively to relax, as we love the area and safe neighborhood with not much travel anywhere else, but maybe in the future.
