Lovely, cozy private suite with stone fireplace and fabulous old wood bar original to the house and now perfect for a coffee and breakfast bar. Pretty and serene setting in this fabulous west plaza neighborhood lined with old trees and very quiet. The best of all worlds - a quick walk to plaza restaurants, bars, movies, and shopping as well as strolling through Brush Creek Park and Westwood Park. Downtown and Westport minutes away. This location is as centrally located as you can get.

The space
Microwave and Keurig coffee maker set up in large bar area along with a selection of yogurt, fruit and cereal bars. Beautiful new comfy queen bed, premium mattress and linens in the bedroom along with memory foam pullout twin ottoman. Brand new daybed in the living room with pullout trundle can be used as a second double or two single beds. Lovely relaxing living room with fireplace, books, tv, and games. Bathroom with laundry has roomy walkin shower and stocked with plenty of towels, linens, hairdryer, and bathroom amenities.

This private suite is part of a beautiful home built in the 1920's...a wonderful example of Kansas City's diverse architecture in a quiet and tree-lined, yet midtown neighborhood. Please make sure to visit the Hi Hat Coffee Shop only two blocks away and perhaps Annedore's chocolate shop...impossibly cute and delicious!
