Everything was fantastic!! Very clean, cozy and first class all
the way. Our first time renting with airbnb and couldn't be more
pleased with the results. Gerri can be very proud of her "cottage
by the sea". The neighbor "Paul" was a great guy. Really enjoyed
the visits with him.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Gerri's beautiful home! Immaculate, perfect location.. we already miss sipping our morning coffee on the sun porch! Gerri was very gracious and easy to get a hold of, the whole process was a cinch. All we had to do was show up and relax! And that we did:)
Many thanks, Gerri!
Three of us (my wife and child, and myself) stayed at this lovely home on a quiet street. The home is indeed charming and we were very happy with our stay. The kitchen in particular is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. All is well stocked in terms of linens and towels. We were also well greeted. The home is very well located, as it is only minutes away from cafes, restaurants, and shops, let alone a lovely state park. In sum, we highly recommend a stay at this home.
Everything we hoped for and more! It's a beautiful little house in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need. It immediately felt like home and you can tell someone loves this house and takes very good care of it.
We loved watching the sunrise over the river from the front porch in the morning with our morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and access to the BBQ grill was nice too.
Looking forward to staying here again sometime soon!
My husband and I along with our small dog spent 9 nights in Gerri's cottage. We were greeted by the friendly neighbor who is a caretaker for the home. It was a lovingly maintained home in a very nice neighborhood close to the water. The bed was comfortable with fine linens and the kitchen was well stocked. I especially loved the selection of current hardbacks. We were close by Portsmouth, NH and the southern coastal towns of Maine. Would definitely return if we came back to the area. Thank you Gerri.
We did not have the pleasure of meeting our host but we were greeted by her friendly caretaker. Gerri's cottage is exactly as described with the one exception that she fails to mention the fabulous sunrise view over the creek from the living room and dining room. The neighborhood is very quiet and for walkers a great location to have incredible scenery for walking either to Kittery Foreside, Portsmouth or Fort McClary.
