:) Super recomendo.
Apartment is very charming, even more than on the pictures.
It's perfect for families - kids will love it.
Well communicated and has many shops around.
Perfect for short stay.
Unfortunately it has quite low ceiling, it's on the 4th floor (no elevator) and quite noisy (airplanes and traffic). It can get very hot inside (even with AC). Wifi connection is poor. And we had few cockroaches.
Also - we didn't have a chance to meet the host personally.
I booked this apartment the night before arriving in Lisbon. Catia was great to deal with. I didn't meet her, but we were able to easily get the keys to the apartment. It is a very nice place, just watch your head if you're over about 1.7m. There is a sloping ceiling as you walk in the door. The location is just outside Lisbon, but everything is accessible by train. There is easy parking on the street.
Check out LX Factory around the corner for a non-tourist place to visit.
Thanks for the great apartment
Very nice experience in Lisbon. At the we could not meet Cátia but we had everything we need and she was available all the time thorough Airbnb.
The flat is not in the centre but is very well communicated with the centre by bus or tram, also you can find all appliances you need and the views to the river are amazing. The flat is located near coffee shops, supermarkets and also discotheques.

About the Host, Cátia
I'm 35 years old and I’m in love with Lisbon. I moved to Alcântara and it was love at first sight, because of that my PhD thesis is about this wonderful neighborhood in the heart of Lisbon, where I address the importance of preserving local identity and the wonderful heritage that Alcântara has.
This is the reason why I wont to share this wonderful apartment with 100 years old, full of history, identity and tradition in my family with you.
When I travel I like to feel the soul of the city and this is my main goal for the guests: to feel the soul and fall in love with this wonderful city, the same way I did.
Alcântara is everything that tourist could want, museums, restaurants, good shops and I'm here to help discover this city, which reveals a surprise wen visited for the first time.
