Wyndham Midtown 45 is the perfect location for a visit to the "City that never sleeps." On an island famous for its sights and sounds, it is your stylish retreat from the hustle and bustle below. Step out your front door and find a city chock-full of famous landmarks. From the Empire State Building to the Statue of Liberty to Times Square — you're just getting started. Your Midtown location, less than a quarter mile from Grand Central Station, makes traveling around Manhattan a breeze.

The space
This is a lovely 2-bedroom apartment with a mini-kitchen for preparing simple meals. Space is a premium in New York City, but everything you need is cleverly stowed somewhere.

Please note that it is not a good idea to bring a car to Manhattan. There is no parking on premises. Valet parking is available at a rather hefty price. You can call the resort for more information about parking.

This is my timeshare vacation. Please know that YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIT THROUGH A PRESENTATION! I have already done that. You will probably be invited to a complimentary breakfast if you'll sit through a 60-minutes presentation, but that will be your choice. You do not need to do that. It won't affect your stay. The only requirement you have is to have a fabulous time in New York City.!

Please note that because it is a timeshare, NO refunds can be made within 16 days of travel.

Guest access
You'll have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining area, and kitchen. You are welcome to enjoy any other resort amenities, like the Business Center to print your boarding pass or morning coffee in the lobby. You also have access to the rooftop lounge!

The Concierge Desk is manned 24/7 and is there to serve you.

Other things to note
Check-in is 4 pm. Front desk is manned 24 hours. Check-out is 10 am. The resort will require a photo ID that matches the name on the Guest Certificate I will provide to you after booking. The resort will also require a credit card on file for incidentals. If they take a deposit, it will be refunded at check-out.
