Beautiful Private 400 Sq Ft Casita in the Historic Dignowity District. You will have the entire place to yourselves. No cleaning fee. Private Parking (one vehicle only- others may park on street) Mini Split AC, very warm shower, charging for electric vehicles, completely functional kitchen, private shower. FYI we have dogs and cats outside, they aren't allowed in casita.
facilities are sanitized with isopropyl between guests. We do not allow children at this listing due to past damages.

The space
If you don’t have a car please let us know when you’ve checked in and out. . Smoke whatever outside, smoking inside results in 300 dollar charge. No children allowed at casita you will be turned away if you have children with you. You may smell alcohol be advised: this if for your own safety as we spray isopropyl. The shower is fairly small, if you weigh over 300 pounds you may have issues with the shower. Message if you will have more than 1 guest as we charge $35 for each additional guest. If it’s just you and one other you’re good. If you have a group greater than two, or if you do not provide me with prior notice you will be turned away or asked to leave. We do have an air mattress available if needed but we need prior notice to prepare/sanitize this for you and charge for the additional guests. If you don’t like cats or dogs we recommend you look elsewhere because they will be on the property

Guests are welcome to use the green casita and the general area around the green casita. If you don’t have a car please let us know when you’ve checked in and checked out. please only one vehicle in the driveway other cars must park on street street parking is free

Other things to note
We have dogs! They are very friendly but like to bark and run. Review the check in instructions for more details. They will get used to you. Please be careful when using the manual vehicle gate close and lock it behind you. We have a white fluffy outdoor cat! We also have a black outdoor cat. Please be careful while Parking as to not strike the animals. Put dogs behind the wooden fence if they are bothering you or call us we can help! We don’t recommend backing your vehicle out at night, it’s too difficult. take an Uber or rental scooter or rental bike instead. We recommend turning your vehicle around if there is room so you don’t have to back out
