Other Things to Note
Great rental for groups of friends and families! You have a nice, full kitchen and comfy living room to relax. Our townhome is spacious for a group of 7 to be very comfortable.
Our rental is non-smoking and we do not permit pets. Thank you!
We've stayed in this home before and Debbie has always been helpful and accommodating. While the furnishings may be a bit dated, the house is clean and the kitchen is well- stocked with dishes, pots and pans and paper products. Because we were there for graduation, being a little out of town was nice in terms of not having to deal with parking, traffic and crowds in the downtown. With the new market center open nearby, there were plenty of restaurants to pick from close to us.
This was a nice place to stay, and I would recommend it to others. Nice amount of room for a three bedroom place; clean and comfortable. There's a back yard with room to roam and a grill too. Neighborhood seems fine; good location as you are close to 29 and Trader Joe's. The house is well-stocked with things like toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, spices, dish detergent which is a nice convenience.
Initially, we changed the settings on the TV on accident, and had trouble getting the settings fixed. Deborah graciously came over and was ready to help us. It turns out that we were able to fix it before she arrived, but her promptness in helping us out was appreciated.
This was a great place to stay for a weekend with my friends in the city. It was very clean and a great house to use for cooking, as Deborah left a lot of cooking supplies to make our stay very easy. This was a great place for a large group of people - we fit very easily in the house and were very comfortable.
Excellent house with all amenities. All information was clear from the host. We went to Charlottesville over thanksgiving holidays and made the right choice by renting Deborah's house. Very pleased with everything and hardly felt any need to contact the host.
Neighborhood was excellent with lots of restaurants and malls around.
Six of us came to Charlottesville to tour the wineries and have a weekend out of the DC area, enjoying the fall scenery.
Debra was a fantastic hostess! We had the opportunity to meet her as we checked in. She had the place ready a bit early for us. It's a very nice townhouse three bedrooms with double beds in each, and two bathrooms. All very clean. There is a TV in the living room, A kitchen table, just a great space to have family be able to get together.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook either a full dinner, or just make some coffee. Debra even had a few items in the refrigerator such as cream for our coffee. That came in handy because we forgot to bring it!
There was plenty of parking & close to some restaurants and shopping.
This was much better than getting three separate hotel rooms because the family got to be together under one roof and had a much better time. I would definitely come back here again no questions. It was a cozy little townhouse kept clean. unfortunately the weather did not permit us to sit out in the back but that looked like a great space.
Thank you very much Deborah! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back sometime soon!
