We live a quiet life but never a dull moment. We would however frown on loud, raucous behavior. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.
The cottage is an absolute gem. Everything two people could need outside of food to provide for a great stay. The pictures do not do the place justice. It is in a great surrounding that brought us peace and tranquility. We even cut short our trips into town just to spend more time there, especially on the breezeway deck. The hosts were there when you needed them but far from overbearing and genuinely great people. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about our stay. We will definitely be going back!
We had a lovely weekend stay at the Garden Cottage. Caroline and Roland were very gracious and easy-going hosts. The cottage itself is just wonderful - the gardens are beautiful and the house is charming, clean, and well-equipped. The property is large and wooded, so it's a nice quiet spot for a relaxing getaway.
I had a great experience at the garden cottage. Excellent accommodations in all aspects, great setting, hosts were welcoming and helpful, couldn't have been nicer. Stayed for a week while attending a class at the Woodwright School in Pittsboro. Recommend highly.
The cottage and property were amazing! Our hosts Caroline and Roland were very welcoming as well! My fiance and I would live to come back again and have another peaceful experience!
Thanks so much for your hospitality!!!

Absolutely charming, beautiful little place. The hosts were very accommodating about us bringing our infant - he dozed in the sun on their porch while I sat and read!
The tankless hot water heater, beautiful tiled shower, and washer/dryer made the stay incredibly comfortable.
We ended up needing our car jumped at 6:15AM, and Caroline was incredibly gracious about coming out to give us a hand. What could have been a miserable disaster went very smoothly and we were able to leave right on time.
