The queen sized bed in one room and double bed in the other gives space for 4 adults. We can also provide a single mattress on the floor for a child or for smaller children, there is a Pack 'N Play available. Continental style breakfast available each morning with flexible time schedule.
PLEASE NOTE: additional charge applies if both rooms requested for single occupancy each.

Also there are two rocking chairs on the front porch and lounge chairs on the back deck which can be used during warm weather. Free wi-fi is available at all levels in the house and on front porch and back deck. Free on-street parking is usually available near our house.

We had a delightful and pleasant stay, enjoyed meeting Elizabeth and Ken. Highly recommend!
Kenneth & Elizabeth have a beautiful home and friendly disposition (we did not feel like we were meeting strangers), and relaxed conversation with them over breakfast was completely enjoyable. The photos portray an accurate view of their home – they only fall short of showing how spacious and attractive the living room and kitchen are, with the warmth of family photos and the rich cultured art indicative of their years of mission work and travel. We stayed overnight on July 4, so there was some late night firework activity, which was to be expected, but otherwise it was peaceful and quiet for being in the city. The home was spotless and comfortable, and a fresh, delicious breakfast was served with attention to every detail. Hospitality at its best.
We stayed one night at Ken and Elizabeth's home when we were in Lancaster for a wedding. It was a short visit but we were very happy with their place. Ken was a wonderful host and treated us to his delicious granola, coffee and pleasant conversation in the morning. We would recommend their lovely home to anyone visiting Lancaster.
Ken and Elizabeth welcomed us into their home for a few days and we were very happy with our experience. They have a wonderful house and they're very helpful hosts. The private rooms on the 3rd floor are comfortable and clean, plus we had a lovely breakfast every morning waiting for us. If you're in the Lancaster area and need a place to stay, I would absolutely recommend this airbnb!
Ken and Elizabeth have a beautiful home in Lancaster. They were very welcoming and considerate. The room is on the top floor.
Ken and Elizabeth are fantastic. They're a warm and welcoming couple with lots of helpful advice about traveling through Lancaster. The best part of staying with them this time was sitting out on the back deck chatting and eating some of Ken's amazing granola.
