Come stay in a new, well maintained and tastefully decorated loft (attic) room just for you. You'll have your own floor in my maisonette (a flat that's more like a house) with a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom and access to a washer and dryer and wireless internet. The pictures, taken by an airbnb photographer, show you exactly what it's like. Breakfast is included in the price; just let me know what you like and I'll make sure the kitchen is stocked with it for you to help yourself.
From my flat it takes 18 min by train to Waterloo Station, home of the fabulous and culture-filled South Bank area, so you will be staying in a lovely and quiet area but within easy access of the city centre. If you're coming for the tennis, I am about a 35-minute walk from Wimbledon Tennis (or you can take a bus). For local eating and shopping, Wimbledon Village is within walking distance, where you'll find lots of unique shops and great restaurants.
I have one very nice cat (everyone seems to fall in love with her), but she will not bother you and the house certainly does not smell of cat! If you don't want her to enter your room, you just have to close the door. She is not the clingy kind!
I am more than happy to help you figure out where to go, what to do, how to get there, etc if you need some 'local advice' during your stay in London. I am also happy to leave you alone completely if that is what you prefer! The idea is to make your stay as comfortable for you as possible.
**Regarding the maximum number of people in the room:**
There is ONE king sized bed and the possibility to have ONE double airbed, which would be situated on the floor in front of the main bed. The price of the room is GBP70 for 2 people; each additional person is £15 more per person to a maximum of 4 people total.
**Please, if you would like to book or make an enquiry, do so after having put a photo and a little information about yourself on your profile. I am sure it makes you feel more comfortable to see me and my place; the same is true for me when I see a photo and some information about the person booking! Many thanks.**

What a haven Nadia has created! It's up two flights of stairs, but when you get to the top, wow! Such a peaceful and pretty room, with lots of nice touches to make your stay easier. Her gorgeous cat Zazu kept an eye on us - and kept us entertained, too. (we miss her now, but though she liked sitting in suitcases, she wouldn't stay in one to come with us :) )
We are a youngish family of four, which meant that the girls were sharing an airbed on the floor (which they pronounced very comfortable). I know this was probably a bit too cosy for some, but as we were out all day (and many evenings) it worked very well for us.
Nadia's place is nice and close to Raynes Park station, (just a short and pretty walk away) which takes you straight into Waterloo and lots of the big attractions.
There is also a park just around the corner where we could take our instruments and make plenty of noise when our room felt too small - but it's only open business hours, for some odd English reason.
I can heartily recommend Nadia, Zazu and her home in Wimbledon. We couldn't have had a more simple and satisfying London week. Thanks Nadia!
My first airbnb experience and it was perfect! I spent 7 wonderful days in London during the Olympics. The host was great – friendly and helpful. Everything regarding the stay was clear from the start of our arrival. The room with bathroom was exactly as shown on the pictures. It was very bright with 4 windows in there. The location is very good too – 1 hr travel time to Heathrow airport and 5-10-minute walk to the nearest railway station (Raynes Park). Two markets, pubs, shops nearby. Definitely coming back there for the Wimbledon tournament!
Nadia's accommodations were very nice. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay, although a television would have been nice for the evenings. She was very knowledgable and helpful with transportation options in the area and having the train staton and bus stops only a short walk away were a big plus. Don't expect the traditional B&B with a nice breakfast waiting for in the morning but she provides what you request for the do-it-yourself. Overall experience was very nice and I would certainly consider staying with Nadia again.
Staying at this great Wimbledon loft is defenitly something I recommend! The room is spacious, clean and has a private bathroom. Nadia is a great host and a very nice person. We arrived late on a Friday night, but she waited for us and made us feel at home right away.
A great host in all respects - from communication to accommodating requests for guests to help ensure a smooth travel. Overall it was a joy to visit. Thank you.
Very nice apartment. Nadia is very prompt, efficient and extremely helpful. I cant thank her enough
Staying at Nadia's place was a really lovely and amazingly comfortable experience. We felt very at home and Nadia was a very helpful and excellent hostess. Breakfast was lovely and we slept like babies in the comfortable bed. Would not hesitate to recommend this Wimbledon loft more highly. We will definitely be back! :)
Naida is absolutely a super hostress ! I really enjoyed the time I spent with her. Her hospitality, kindness and patience meke our journey at London awesome ! She provided all the information was always ready to help when we need. The room is very clean and bright . Zazu is so cute and I love her ! I will recommend this room to anyone travle to London !
Nadia is an excellent host, accommodating and it is clear that she isn't new to this airbnb thing at all! She is businesslike yet warm, friendly but also knows when to give her guests their personal space. Nadia's knowledge of what to do, where to do it and how to get there is impeccable. And if you want some fabulous scones or wonderful homemade bread for breakfast, she'll be more than happy to oblige. Her cat Zazu is beautiful and such an adorable creature once she warms up to you! Just be careful when going up the stairs, there is one creaky step which might wake the whole house up. Wimbledon is a quiet neighbourhood, so it's best not to be too raucous - you might disturb the neighbours! A good enough location -about 20mins to Waterloo- though not for the partygoer-types, who will be better off staying in central London itself.
This was a great place to stay while in London. Nadia was a good host and the room itself was very comfortable--clean, lots of space, and all well organized. Highly recommended for travelers coming through London.
