This neighborhood is perfect for Portland visitors!
The bus stops across the street and arrives downtown in 20 minutes.
We are a block away from Alberta Street with AMAZING coffee shops, bakeries, famous restaurants, fire pit bars, shops, etc.
The room is quite large with a Memory Foam Queen Bed, walk-in closet, and 37" Flatscreen TV.
5 bedroom 2 bath house with front porch, washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, Shared Kitchen and lots of light and shared common areas.
This is a shared housing environment. There will be 4 other guests living in the home.
This is not a Bed and Breakfast, but a regular home that I rent rooms to short term guests. The house has a funky, rustic laid-back Portland style environment. The neighborhood is great and everyone loves the house, and it is a FIXER house. The house is a very casual environment and has not had interior decorating etc.
I keep the home a quiet and welcoming environment and am a knowledgeable host. I am open to spending time and developing relationships with my guests.
I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to Portland!

Teresa is very hospitable and friendly. The room is HUGE and the house couldn't be in a better location. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks Teresa!
I really enjoyed my staying in Teresa's place. Nice house, big and very clean, and perfect location (10 min bike or bus to downtown). If you're planning to come to Portland, that's your best choice.
Teresa is such a nice host! We didn't see each other too often, but she was always friendly and asked how my stay was, if there was anything she could do to help. The house is located in a really fun area of Portland, so much good food and fun events going on during the summer and accessible to public transit that takes you everywhere else. The room was large and very comfortable. Overall, a good choice and I would definitely do it again the next time I stay in Portland :)
Great stay for us. Walking distance to the Alberta district so very convenient.
Teresa was a very hospitable and reliable host. She was very prompt with her responses, communicated with me openly before my trip, and was available to all of my many questions. The room was very clean and in a fantastic neighborhood. Thank you for the great stay!
I enjoyed staying here
Just returned from a 2 nite stay at this house. Location was great in that it is close to everything.. but it lacked a great deal to be desired in appearances.. the pictures are deceiving and we would not recommend this to a couple or anyone with kids. We feel we paid too much for our room-$78per nite when it should have been NO MORE than $50 per nite. This house has great potential with some minor improvements.. replace the carpet on upper level ( It appears so dirty one doesn't want to walk on it,) and change the bed if you are going to rent it to two people. We have stayed @ other Airb&b properties . Other experiences were awesome with great communication from the host. We were unsure of the "process" with Teresa and how to check in until we called her.
Had a wonderful stay at Teresa's. Great conversation with her and the other guests. Room was stylish, comfortable and spacious and the house is a short drive/walk to the cool shops in the Alberta Arts neighborhood. I'll definitely return when in Portland again!
Teresa was very welcoming. We had a couple of good chats. Our room in her house was clean and roomy. The bed was particularly comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and the rest of the house was well equiped. The house is only a few blocks from Alberta street, a happening neighborhood chock full of coffee , food and interesting shops. We would return to stay with Teresa anytime.
Teresa was very welcoming and I had a great time in Portland. I wanted to stay in a north end neighborhood that was convenient to restaurants, shopping, ect. I had a bicycle and found everything I needed very close by. I recommend staying at Teresa's if you like a local Portland experience.
