This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
The 8 beds Villas Ku Estate consists of two villas; the spacious 5 beds with garden Villa Besar and the stylish 3 beds Villa Tama, both are built on an expansive 2000㎡. The Estate comes with elegant living spaces, bar, dining areas, 2 large pools (25m & 11m), sizeable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a gym. The location is simply unbeatable, just steps from the fashionable Oberoi 'Eat Street'.

The Villas Ku Estate can also be booked individually as 3BR option (up to 8 Pax) or 5BR, 12 Pax.

The space
The Villas Ku Estate is the combined 8 bedrooms option of the two individual villas in the complex. Guests can choose between the spacious Villa Besar or the stylish Villa Tama, both offering similar facilities and amenities. Only separated by the parkway, the two villas still offers guests in respective villa certain privacies, making it a perfect accommodation for groups of friends or families.

Each bedroom in the property is uniquely named, with names taken from places of interest in the beautiful island of Bali. A mix of European creature comfort and Japanese minimalism combines to create a distinctive and stylish look for the villas, with numerous antique pieces and locally-sourced tribal ornaments decorating the place. The recently relocated gym above the parking space provides ample opportunities for guests to work out or organize yoga sessions to participate in.

With a total 8 beds between the villas, the Estate can comfortably sleep 16 adult guests, with 4 spare beddings to accommodate additional guests, bringing the total occupancy to 20 people.

A fully-equipped kitchen provides opportunity for guests to indulge in their culinary skills if so inclined, but the villas do come with in-house meal services which the staff will gladly assist with.

2 LIVING AREAS
Open plan living spaces, each with a seating area and dining table. The larger Villa Besar comes complete with a stocked bar and a 75" big screen TV to complement the very spacious lounge.

2 SWIMMING POOLS
Private pools 25m in length in Villa Besar and 11m in Villa Tama, both with salt filtration system.

DINING
A suggestion of French, Asian and children’s dishes menu is provided. Our chef is versatile and can prepare almost anything. Requests accommodated (including special diets).

COMMUNICATION
High speed WiFi internet access, landline, and mobile phone for local calls. Portable WiFi modem available during stay with additional charge.

ENTERTAINMENT
Cable/satellite programming, DVD player. Apple TV & Bose sound system in Villa Besar lounge. iPod dock and Harman/Kardon sound system by Samsung in Villa Tama.

SPORT
Gym facilities, Pilates and yoga (instructors on request). Sony sound system with Bluetooth connectivity.

SPA
On-site spa treatments, from a comprehensive spa menu and carried out by our professional therapists.

The villa also comes with services of a villa manager who can assist with special requests, organizing trips or excursions, etc.

Guest access
Since guests are actually booking two villas, there will two of everything: swimming pools, living spaces and dining areas.
There's a gym facility in the villa complex for guests who like to stay in shape during their stay.
There's also a parking area for the whole complex.

Other things to note
Normal occupancy for the 8 bedroom villa is 16 people. Additional charge will apply for guests after 16. Extra guest fees to include daily breakfast.

Seminyak Beach is only minutes away to the west, and along the way, there are many shops, clubs, and restaurants lining the famous Oberoi 'Eat Street' boulevard; The Red Carpet Champagne Bar, La Favela, Ultimo, just to name a few.

Get to the beach and you can find many popular beach clubs and venues like the world famous Ku De Ta and the Potato Head.
