Beautifully renovated studio in an old-town house from the 18th century. It is tastefully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located 50 steps from the world famous Piazza Grande in the historic centre of Locarno. Everything is close by, however, due to its location, the studio is very quiet.

The space
The studio is equipped with a super comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, which can be converted into a full single bed in just a few steps.
There are two small "Romeo and Juliet" style balconies in the living room as well as a large balcony towards the inner courtyard.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge as well as dishwasher and a Nespresso machine (as well as an espresso cooker for the espresso lovers).
The bathroom is newly renovated with shower and toilet.
Guests have access to a washing machine as well as a tumbler in the house.

You will recieve a key to the flat to enter and leave whenever you wish.

Other things to note
We are delighted to be able to offer our guests the Ticino Ticket.

Parking spaces are available at the ‘Parcheggio Centro Castello’ (8 minutes on foot) at a reduced rate. Car park tickets can be obtained from us.
