P A R K I N G information:
During the day there is PLENTY of FREE Parking on the street. You don't need a permit or special pass. However, in the evening, or late night it can be difficult to find a spot near the house. You may have to park 1 or 2 blocks away. It is safe to walk from wherever you park to the house. On Thursdays and Fridays there is street cleaning from 10am to 12noon so you'll need to make sure you are parked on the correct side of the street on Thursdays and Fridays.
You have your own private entrance.
BBQ grill in the yard is available for your use.
Patio is for your enjoyment. We welcome your friends. Due to a Strict Legal Agreement with our neighbor, we ask that you do not block the driveway to unload your luggage. You can double-park on the Street and walk up the driveway.
Interaction with Guests
We are delighted to chat if you'd like. It's up to you! We enjoy meeting new people, and getting to know you, but if you'd rather keep to yourself, that's ok too. We want you to be comfortable.
We are usually out in the patio area with our dog in the afternoon for a little while, or sometimes we sit outside and have lunch.
This neighborhood is ECLECTIC to say the least. Within one square block, you can see million dollar Victorian homes, modern condominiums, and small apartment buildings. Residents range from artists, lawyers, to street vendors and bikers . Restaurants are organic, vegan, traditional Mexican and fast food. There's food for every budget and palette.
Many people in the neighborhood use public transportation. Walk 3 blocks to reach the buses that will take you to Downtown LA, Hollywood & Santa Monica. Six Major freeways are minutes away. However, this is LA - so a car rental is most convenient.
Other Things to Note
The bathroom is very small, and the toilet is right next to the sink. The bathroom sink is also tiny. The shower may feel a bit cramped, but it will make you clean if that's your goal! Please see photos so there are no surprises.
Most homes in the area have a shared driveway. Therefore, the driveway can NEVER be blocked. Not even for a quick 2 minutes. THERE IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT WITH OUR NEIGHBOR THAT CAN NEVER BE VIOLATED. Smoking is allowed in patio/yard area, not inside the trailer. We appreciate our guests respecting these two rules.

My flatmate and I, from London, decided to visit LA for a few days and we both fell in love with the cozy trailer and it is exactly as in the pictures! We have no complaints at all: everything was clean, Lucy was really friendly and she gave us lots of suggestions and the dog is adorable.
Also the area is super nice, around 15 min driving from the most important places.
The place is interesting and have a nice scene. This is our first experience to stay at the trailer. It is small but comfortable enough to sleep.
Lucy and Flavio re Amazing! They aré súper discret and same Time ready to help! Beautiful person, beautiful soul!:))

Giulia and Rita!:) ❤️❤️
We were looking for accomodation above the ordinary and we were not disappointed. The trailer is super cozy with a great view from both inside the trailer and outside by the "hang out" area. If you use Über taxi, it costs about $30 to get from there to the airport and about $40 to Santa Monica Beach/Venice in rush hour traffic. There's also a bike rental place on Sunset Blvd roughly 500meters from the trailer.
What a lovely little spot for a getaway in LA! The trailer is set up well, with all necessary amenities. Very comfortable in January weather with the extra blankets and heater. Easy parking, excellent communication with the host, and
I share this beautiful Old Edwardian home with my husband and two children. We are a family who love to travel and enjoy making guests feel comfortable and welcome. My background is Latin and my husband is Swiss so between us we speak 5 languages. I LOVE music and dancing and enjoying a glass of wine with friends. I cannot live without white rice! And I've spent the past six years trying to finish reading the classic "100 Years of Solitude".
