  • Lorenzo's parents warmly welcomed us and we had a great time with us!
the appartment is in the basement, it is a real studio and is quite big.
couldn't enjoy terni as we didn't have time to do so, but I recommend the place for the living experience!

  • We had a nice stay here. We went to Marmore waterfalls and Narni. It's a nice spacious flat and great for a couple. The people who live in the building are genuinely nice, especially Nicoletta, who, despite the language barrier, tried to make us feel at home and even brought us a pie!

It's a bit out of the center but you can catch the bus to the station at the stop not far from the house.
The bed could be a little uncomfortable, as its a pullout couch. Other than that it's a great option to see Umbria, which is incredibly beautiful.

  • We enjoyed our stay in the appartment as the family of Lorenzo is very smart and helpful even without speaking English. You might miss a little bit the sun as it is a souterrain appartment. It is easy to park the car near by for free. If you like to eat a really good Pizza we can recommend a very friendly pizzeria with a very good value for money ratio not too far from Lorenzos home it is called Pizzeria Regina, Via Tre Venezie 138, tel (phone number hidden). All the best to you Lorenzo.

  • Lorenzo is an amazing host, and his family is wonderful. Very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

  • We stay at Lorenzo's apartment unfortunatly a very little time - only 2 nights. It's pity because the appartment is very lovely, very cozy - one of the best i lived ever. Lorenzo himself is very cool, he talks with nice, gives a lot of good advices about travel around - so i think we have best days of our 2weeks trip at Umbria. His family also a very kind, nice people. So you could easily spend here a week, as many places worth to visit, and region is very nice.Apartment have all the neccesary thing - kitchen with a lot of utensils, washing machine and etc. Maybe the only thing, which could be problem for someone - railway is near, so you could hear the trains, but it's rare and not loud - so not a problem at all. Recommend to all of you, I hope to return here sometime.

  • The family of Lorenzo welcomed us very nicely. It is a nice place except 2 things for us : the internet connexion was very law and the bed was uncomfortable => too small for us (the feet of my husband - who is 1m89 tall - were out) and there was no mattress ! this was really a problem for us because we were in Terni for a fencing competition, we emphasized before coming on the bed.

    Response from Lorenzo:

Unfortunately, Ariane did NOT speak a fluent English or Italian. So, she didn't understand the difference between a bed and a sofabad.
The one in the house is a sofabad and it has a Mattress.

Please read the description of the house in order to do not have expectations different from what it is wrtitten about the flat.

Proprietari molto generosi, ospitali e accomodanti.

  • Esperienza bellissima...
