About the Host, Guenther
Good wine & food, literature, travelling and philosophy are the things I couldn't do without. When I was 14 years old I changed schools and was asked what my preferred profession would be. And I said: Hotel Manager. Although having had a quite different career, actually I'm a writer, somehow I ended up as something like a hotel manager, only that this is not really a hotel, it's a hobby hotel and it's a lot of fun. Recently I made friends with a man from a country, where drinking is socially not accepted for not to say forbidden. I had to come to his residence to fix something and then surprisingly he offered me a beer, having one himself. After 6 or 7 I dared to ask about his non-drinking culture. "Well he said, that is so because Allah does not want us to do so, but I have secret and confirmed information telling me that Allah doesn't survey Austria".
