International Guest house has a wave of Hispanic colors with plans to keep making the house welcoming, inviting and sustainable...

Marilyn Monroe's Tiny Movie Trailer with shared bathroom & kitchen is located in our courtyard between our houses. It offers you the experience of staying in a tiny space with full use of both houses.

We have kayaks, bicycles and fishing poles for use..

The space

We have a colorful space that I would say is Mexican themed. We also have plans to but we would like to make it more international. My hope is each guest will add a little of there make the house more green and sustainable, so if you have any experience with that we would love the assistance.

Tiny camper located in the courtyard between our two houses. We call it Marilyn's movie trailer. You have full access to the shared bathrooms, two kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms in both houses. If you are interested in the tiny house movement you will enjoy this quaint space.

Guest access

Access to all common areas and fully prepared kitchen, where you can wow us with your cooking skills. We are always up for trying new food!!! :)

Interaction with guests

We enjoy meeting people from other places and we plan to interact with our guests as much as they would like.

The tiny camper is small, but it is guarantees for a good night's rest. The A/C works well and there is no need to concern with the Florida heat. The cost benefit is very high and the hosts are lovely and very welcoming.

I really enjoyed my stay in the tiny camper and at the International House. It was a cozy and unique experience. The trailer had more room than I expected and lots of light. There is space to hang and store things. I'm about 5'7'' and I could move around with relative ease...I did a fair amount of pivoting. I slept on the diagonal and the bedding was comfortable. The WiFi signal was strong as the trailer is very close to the back house. There are designated 'cubbies' for storing special belongings in the two houses. There's also readily available common/shared items. The kitchens were well stocked with plates, utensils, spices etc.. I didn't get a chance to cook but am looking forward to it on another visit. The neighborhood was also peaceful and a short walk to a nice park and the water. Downtown was also very accessible.

We were really looking forward to our stay here. Unfortunately the AC took a dump while we were there and ended up leaving a few days early as we were having trouble sleeping. Being it was on a Sunday it wasn't possible for Chris to arrange for the AC to be fixed, but it did get fixed the day after. We had already made arrangements but forgot something at the camper and went back for it and saw that it was fixed then. Kudos! We were given a refund for our unused days and a partial refund as well that we had not asked for which was nice and we appreciated. The ad is as described. A tiny camper chilling outside of one of the houses next to the squirrel cage. There was plenty of space to store things for two people, however if you are over 6 foot, you wont be able to lay straight on the bed so keep that in mind. There were many other guests there and everyone was friendly and nice. The kids were also friendly and did not cause any ruckus's. The neighborhood was quiet and had lots of parking available. The only aspect we think can be improved on is communication. There were several times it took 12-24 hours to reply to messages when things were a little time sensitive. What really stuck out was the willingness of the host to replace the AC. Had it not been a sunday we would not have made other arrangements. Would stay again!

This community-style living arrangement was perfect for our stay in St Petersburg! The tiny camper was an ideal fit for the experience we were looking for! It offered comfort and privacy, but also our hosts were available with as much support as needed during our stay, which was greatly appreciated!! Our favorite part of our trip was the generosity of our hosts offering us use of their kayaks for a day trip to Fort Desoto where we had an encounter with dolphins swimming not more than 5 feet from us! Literally and figuratively, it was a priceless experience!! We were sad to leave after a short week but will definitely come back for another stay if we have the chance to visit again!

Stayed in the tiny camper for 4 days and three nights. Everything I needed was at my fingertips. I am 6ft 6in tall and the camper was perfect. I utilized the kayaks, and bikes, which makes this stay worth the while. Jodi, the manage, was very helpful and had a lot to say. Loved her!
