Interaction with Guests
I will be there to check you in and show you around the studio, plus offer tips on where to go and what to see in the beautiful city of San Francisco!
Nob Hill is a great neighborhood, central to just about everything!
Everything you need to enjoy daily life is within a block of the apartment. Get your morning coffee at Contraband coffee just 2 doors down. Shop for healthy groceries at Trader Joe's across the street or Whole Foods just a few blocks away. Dry cleaner on the corner and laundry in the building. There are lots of great bars around the corner such as Wreck Room, Soda Popinski's, and Hyde Out. Polk Street bars just a few blocks away!
Great food is just at your door stop as well, with every kind of food from thai, to sushi, steak houses, and seafood.
Navigate the city or even the greater Bay Area with ease and style in a 2013 Mini Cooper or 2014 Smart Car! Both cars are great on gas milage, space efficient and have a parking permit to park in the neighborhood. Use a car to take a day trip to Santa Cruz, go hiking in Muir Woods, or even lay out at Stinson beach!
Car rental is not included in studio rental. Car rental is done through a community car sharing site, for an additional $8/hr for the Mini Cooper or $6/hr for the Smart Car which includes insurance. Must have US Driver's license or International Driver's Permit and be at least 19 years of age or older.
But for the most popular San Francisco sightseeing, you will not need a car! Chinatown, Union Square, Fisherman's Warf and Financial District are just a 15-20 minute walk away. Taking the cable car or bus could get you to these destinations in just 5-10minutes.
If you have an Apple or Andriod phone, I have free ride vouchers from local ride sharing services Lyft and Uber for door to door rides for free!
Public transportation is also easy and at your feet. Cable car line in down the street and so is the 1 and 19 bus line. Civic Center BART is just down the hill on Larkin.

We had a lovely time at Honor and Zack's flat. It's in a great location and well equipped. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful and were always very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay there again.
The hosts were very nice and helpful. My two friends and I had a wonderful stay. The studio was a perfect size for us and in a good neighborhood, close to Polk street that had some good places to eat. We would definitely stay here again when we come back for another night in the city. We also went out in union square and took Uber there which was only like 5$. Great place!
Love this cute apartment! Easy check-in and nearby parking garages, great little restaurants and coffee shops nearby, plenty of helpful coupon codes for things like Uber/Lyft/Sprig, and awesome supplies in the apartment to make breakfast or if you forgot shampoo. Definitely recommend this place, wish I could've stayed longer!
Our hosts had lots of guide books available about SF. They also had a frig full of breakfast fixings for our stay. The kitchen is separated by a wall from the rest of the studio apt, so my husband who wakes up early could go in there and make coffee and read. The bed was super comfortable--the best of our trip. The desk area is nice to sit at and plan for your day. There is good storage for clothes in the dresser under the TV.
Close by, Contraband Coffee was just a door down for great coffee, and Mymy Coffee Shop, which is more like a full scale breakfast restaurant is not to be missed for incredible fresh healthy breakfast food. There was a Moroccan place called Aicha over on Polk that was a new adventure for us, and we loved Seven Hills.
This is a great location. We walked almost everywhere, and when we didn't walk, we did the street car back up California or Uber back to the airport. We also did an Airbnb activity--hiking Muir Woods--with Nikki. Don't know how to link up to her, but we took the ferry to Sausalito and she picked us up there and we did a fantastic hike in Muir Woods.
Loved the bright space to come home to each day. Thanks Honoria and Zach.
I loved the studio apartment that Honor and Zack had. I was surprised at how spacious the space was, as well as how updated the kitchen was. It was located in a cute neighborhood with a café, liquor store, and food all within walking distance. The kitchen was stalked with the basics I needed to get by in the AM, which was perfect since I didn't really have time to shop anyway. Would stay again for sure.
We spent 4 wonderful days in the heart of San Francisco at Honor & Zack's apartment. The perfect place for 2 people, very clean and with a well stocked refrigerator for breakfast. Great supermarkets and cafés around the corner. And if you love Dashiell Hammett you are right in the middle of the streets where his stories took place.

We are a young couple who met while travelling in Latin America. Honor has lived in the Bay Area for 8 years, and Zack has just moved here from Australia. We decided to plant ourselves in San Francisco because it was a city we both know and love. San Francisco has both the beauty of nature, urban excitement and great dining, which we love to share with our guests!
