The apartment has a lovely secluded garden, the perfect place to relax on a sunny day, the garden is a great place to enjoy lunch or a bbq. This apartment is full of victorian character and has two very comfortable rooms one with one coming with an en suite. Nearby the property there are many nice nice cafes and restaurants so you will be spoilt for choice when comes to choosing some where to dine out. The property is also within walking distance of many of the capitals great museums.

  • Overall, we liked this apartment and were glad we picked up this one. Let me mention both positive and negative points.

    Positive points
    Very good location. Close to the tube station, bus stop and a grocery store. Several restaurants (pizza, tapas, Mexican, Chinese, European etc.) are nearby. The ground floor restaurant at Premier Inn was convenient for buffet breakfast.
    Although it is conveniently located, it is also very quiet. I was not disturbed by any noise. Bedrooms, kitchen, bath rooms, reception room were all as expected. The kitchen had everything needed. Sheets and towels were clean. The small garden was nice, too.

    Negative points
    The common area of the building was not necessarily clean. There were some trash boxes at the entrance of the building, so when you come back tired from a day tour, the appearances are a little disappointing. Some mails to residents of the building were spread over the hall.
    One of the reasons we selected this apartment was it had en-suite bathroom and another bathroom, so that 2 persons can have a shower simultaneously. But, actually if the two showers are being used simultaneously, the water becomes very weak. Our intension did not work out.

  • The location of this flat is perfect. It is a mere couple of minutes walk from the station plus restaurants, cafes, supermarket, bakery, chemist etc. We were delighted with the accommodation and amenities and found all our needs catered for. The wifi was excellent. Flat was pretty quiet too. We would definitely recommend Urban Evergreen and would love to stay on our return to London.

  • One star for the location! Extremely close to the Belsize Park tube and bus stops. Footwalks possible to Hampstead (village and Heath), Primrose Hill, Camden Town + canal, Regent's Park. Nearest supermarket and cashpoint round the corner. Nice area anyway: cafés, nice shops, quiet, peaceful streets, affluent neighbourhood yes but 'authentic' if there is such a thing.
    One star for the flat: spacious, comfy rooms, like coming home, which does you good after a 'normal' day in London. It was too chilly to use the back garden regularly (except our one smoker) but of course it's nice to be able to sit outside to relax, read, have a BBQ etc. Also the flat was perfect for our party: a family of four + a couple, as there is one ensuite bedroom for 2 and one bedroom for 4, with a bathroom going off the living room.
    One star for thinking: the kitchen had everything we needed, and there is also enough in the drawers and cupboards (salt, pepper, spices, teabags, sugar etc.) that you tend to forget when you're shopping or need if you are cooking at home, which we did once. If you like music in the flat: there is a CD player with a docking station and there is a separate docking station - perfect (if you don't expect a record player for your newly aquired purchases - we don't). There are two settees, the TV is working, and there is even a desk with writing paper and biros and stuff should you need it. Plus: a large London A-Z (super for planning, esp. as most tourist guides' maps only reach Regent's Park and miss out on these nice Northern parts of London), tube maps, a bus guide (get a special North West bus plan from the station!)...I'm sure I've forgotten some things but you get the idea.
    One star for the hosts, David and Rialda: R. met us at the arranged time when we arrived, was helpful to arrange a different checkout time for us on departure day (our plane home was 5.45 p.m. so we were allowed to check out at 2.45 p.m., very nice! - not that we needed the flat the whole time but we could collect our luggage in peace and then leave for the station), and when the internet wasn't working David came straight over and tried to sort out the problem.
    Well, the missing star (or rather, 0.5 stars) would have been for the internet working, but sadly, due to some problem that David didn't understand either it wasn't during our stay.
    So, all in all, a highly recommendable experience, far superior to standard accomodation and locations i our view. Maybe a bit costly for 4 but even then you wouldn't find many places more reasonably priced, and the package leaves nothing out, I think.

  • Siamo una famiglia di 6 persone che ha alloggiato ad Urban Evergreen durante i giochi olimpici di Londra2012. La casa è ben posizionata rispetto alla fermata metro, in una zona tranquilla dotata di ogni servizio (banca, farmacia, supermercato, locali, caffetterie ecc..). Le foto di presentazione sono veritiere e la stanza da letto matrimoniale principale è grande, bella e spaziosa. Tuttavia i rimanenti 4 ospiti sono sacrificati in una stanza piccola, con una finestra troppo alta per essere aperta e con dei letti piccoli per ospitare degli adulti e troppo pericolosi per ospitare dei bambini. I 2 posti nel piccolo letto matrimoniale sul soppalco sono stretti e la scaletta del soppalco è stretta e ripida. Il "divano letto" non è fornito di rete, ma si compone di varie parti di materasso che appoggiano direttamente sul pavimento sotto il soppalco e a ridosso di un camino. I bagni non hanno finestre. Inoltre se ci si doccia in entrambi i bagni la pressione dell'acqua si abbassa. Il salone, la cucina e il giardino sono ben attrezzati. Nel complesso la casa è nuova, accogliente e confortevole, ma adatta a meno di sei persone che vogliano starci comode per tanti giorni a causa dell' organizzazione dei posti letto.

  • appartement idéalement situé, à 15 minutes par la Northern Line de St Pancras et de Oxford Street. Le quartier est très calme, on peut dormir sans un bruit. Il y a tous les commerces de proximité ouverts tard le soir.
    Nous étions avec nos 4 enfants, c'était parfait. 2 salles de bains et tout le confort dans la cuisine. Prises et adapteurs dans toutes les pièces.
    Juste un petit bémol pour le canapé lit qui se déplie dans la chambre, il n'est pas très confortable et il faut y mettre plutôt des enfants que des adultes.
