Claudia and Pierre
Pierre and Claudia are very welcoming and friendly. They were very welcoming to me in their home. The apartment I stayed at was perfect. It is the nicest place I have ever stayed at in all (5) the visits I have made to California. I hope I get lucky enough to stay with them again next year.
I had a wonderful stay with Claudia and Pierre. The apartment is so cute, comfortable and very well thought out. They have made every effort possible to make one's stay their home away from home.
The location of the apartment is perfect for many area activities. Not too far from Oakland, San Francisco or any of the surrounding cities.
I loved being there and really did not want to leave to come home. It was so great to be able to open windows and have the cool California breeze and fresh air in the apartment the whole time I was there.
I hope when I return to the area that apartment will be available so I can enjoy not only the area, but the warm hospitality of two very considerate and truly nice people. Thank you so much.
My parents stayed here for 4weeks when they visited us in the summer and they really enjoyed their stay. The apartment was a perfect fit for them, it is quiet, clean, has many amenities and is nicely decorated. The kitchen is quite complete and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The neighborhood was very good and shops and restaurants nearby. Claudia made herself accessible but otherwise the hosts were very respectful for my parents privacy.
We can highly recommend the apartment and would happily book it again.
Thank you very much Claudia and Pierre!
Claudia and Pierre, thank you for opening the little casita to Tim and I. It was a perfect base for our ten day stay. It was very well equipped, homey, and ample space. Location was excellent; accessible to many store, restaurants, parks and the freeway. We most appreciated the privacy and safe quiet neighborhood.
We hope to stay with you in the future.
Tim and Antoinette
My family and I had a great week at Claudia and Pierre's in-law unit while visiting friends and family in the Bay Area. The neighborhood is a quiet respite from some of the busier areas nearby and offers easy access to I-80, I-580, the El Cerrito BART station, and a range of eating and shopping options. The in-law unit is on the first floor of their two-story house, but has its own entrance and feels very private. The TV room (with a fold-out double bed) was a great semi-private place for our daughter to sleep. The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances and the bathroom has wonderful fixtures. We heartily recommend Claudia and Pierre's place!
Nice apartment, everything you need for a pleasant comfortable stay. Nice size kitchen with fireplace. Great TV and sitting area. We used sitting area as a second bedroom and worked fine for us. Great bathroom, plenty of closet space.
Everything on 1 floor, no steps. Beautiful backyard with a view of the bay and San Francisco (on a clear day).
Hosts were very gracious with little details. Welcomed us with fresh oranges from the backyard and a pitcher of orange infused water waiting in the fridge.
Very convenient shopping (grocery, and other necessities) within a mile or so.
Will definitely stay here again.
The reservation was canceled 31 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
