This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.

Four bedroom house with 3 toilets, fully air conditioned living room and dining room area, 4 airconditioned bedrooms. With covered veranda, garage, trellis, in a secured and well guarded location,
with fence and 3 gates. Clean and constantly maintained. Gazebo in the lawn can accomodate around 20 pax. The address is inside a safe subdivision near the mall, wet market, mini mart, eateries, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, mini-malls and others.
Near McArthur highway.

The space
Up to standard abode situated in a corner lot. Well lighted, safe for children, big lawn for family activities, (gazebo in the lawn) acccessible to the main road. Swimming pool in the clubhouse can be used for a minimum fee per head. Guards are on duty 24 hours a day. Basketball court and playground inside the village. Safe to jog or just walk around.

Guest access
The whole house and the gated lawn can be used by guests. There's a pantry room. And a laundry room (with washing machine and clothes dryer machine) outside the kitchen.

Other things to note
Facing sunrise, right in front of the house. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Good place to go cycling, jogging or just walk around with your pets (for a fee of P500 per pet during your whole stay).
There are extra mattresses, linens and the like, all available stay in guests.
