My home is set in a quiet cul-de-sac ,,your room has two beds, wardrobe and plenty of drawer space,the beds are orthopedic and have thermostatic controlled electric blankets for your comfort. our aim is to make you feel at home when staying with us.
we have an organic vegetable garden to the back of our home and we may have some vegetables left to share with you when in season,our front garden is a mixture of wild flowers and some unusual cultured flowers,

The space
My home is a Bungalow the room has a smart TV with Netflix,the beds have electric blankets to keep you cosy at the end of the short Irish summer,we have a front flower Garden and an organic vegetable garden at the back of the house , we have a patio area where you can enjoy a guest appearances by the Sunshine in our Irish summer,the kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to cook up your own food between 6pm and 8pm, if possible let us know in advance so we can make the kitchen available to you,Breakfast is available to self serve between 7 30 and 10 30 am and we would ask you to wash up after you as is the practice in Airb&bs so all is tidy for all our guests,
our shower is electric so the water is always hot and flowing.

Guest access
Guests have their own key and can come and go as they please,if arriving by car we have free parking, there is also a a bus service the 407 with a bus stop beside our house,and a taxi from the Latin Quarter costs between 7 and 10 Euros,lots of people walk into town by the Dyke road which runs along the river Corrib and brings you to Eyre Square or cross the bridge to NUIG.

Other things to note
The Area is quiet and safe with friendly Galwegians biding you the time of day,major supermarkets are within walking distance and are open until 9pm with a 24 hour petrol station for emergency supplies.Guests can use the washing machine at a cost of 10 euros per wash and we will provide washing powder and Fabric conditioner,we do not have a dryer as part of our green energy policy,but you can dry your clothes on our outdoor or indoor drying line.
Checkout is at 11am, a late checkout will be charged at 10 euro every hour or part of as our rooms are serviced at 11am by our service staff ,or you can arrange a late check out the night before which will cost 20 euros and means you check out at 2pm.
