Depends on the day and how life is unfolding at that moment - I will be honest about what is going on for me and we'll take what comes.
I love everything about my neighourhood.
It's been around.
The people have been around.
We're all different and getting by in our own way.
I feel looked out for here and also have a great sense of privacy.
It's super convenient for getting around the city by car and also by bus.
There is a park across the tree lined street and a community green space / garden one block away.
No expectations except to be yourself.
We're all good and doing our best.

Incredibly lovely and accommodating family. The room was just as described. It was a great base in Kingston - a short (20min) walk to downtown and then cheap taxis back in the evening. Thanks for having us!
Had a very nice stay with Kara and her son Theo. Very comfortable and felt at home. Her dog Ira, cat Goodness and rabbit and chickens were a delight for our 2 year old daughter. Kara even made brunch the Sunday morning and shared it with us. Would definitely stay here again. Extremely accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommended. Thank you Kara and Theo.
Kara is absolutely one of best hosts in Airbnb. I used Airbnb for several times but this was my best experience ever. The house was really clean and there were a cute cat and a friendly dog. Of course, Kara is very kind and nice. If I have time, I really want to go again :)
Un logement charmant, en proximité avec les hôtes et leurs animaux de compagnie.
Recommandé pour les invités qui ne se prennent pas la tête.
Un moment inoubliable.

About the Host, Kara
Home is my favourite place to play and Be - with my children, family and friends - and on my own is good too.
I love colour and light, dancing and music, eating and sharing real food, film, good TV, taking pictures and video on my phone. I sometimes read a lot - not as much as I used to but there are still many, many books next to my bed.
I've traveled some - Canada, the U.S. and Europe - will get to Newfoundland and the Haida Gwaii at some point - these days being at a family cottage on the big lake in Wellington is as far as I need to go. I want to walk there some day soon - biking also on the list - guess I could swim there but don't really need to. Wouldn't catch me running.
My greatest worry about getting to the end of my life is that I will regret not having skied enough.
I am an educator at heart but belonged to the world of film production at one time and miss it. Being a parent the greatest job I've ever had.
