Located next to the famous W Hotel and near the Metro station Square Victoria, this cute little studio occupies a spot on one of the most famous streets in Montreal, McGill Street, or Rue McGill. Rue McGill houses the Quebec Government Offices, within the building that used to be the principal office of the National Railway Company of Canada.
This street constitutes a key link between the four strategic sectors of Montreal, namely the Quartier International, the Cité Multimedia, Old Montreal and the Old Port. Referred to as an important artery of the city by the Canadian History McCord Museum, the street takes its name from Scottish-Canadian philanthropist, military commander and businessman James McGill, who also gave his name to the McGill University.
The elegant, decidedly modern studio features a kitchen area with breakfast counter, and a spacious living/ bedroom area. The shower/ restroom is roomy and practical. The soft, cream color of the walls, worktops and flooring contrasts perfectly with the stylish, dark chocolate and metal furniture and accessories and the dark wood shelving and cabinet spaces.
Amenities provided include Internet and wireless Internet access, cable TV, a washer/ dryer and a buzzer with wireless intercom, as well as, of course, heating.
GUESTS WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH A KEY AND ACCESS CARD(WHERE APPLICABLE) TO THE MAIN GATE AND/OR PARKING AND GYM THEY ARE EXPECTED TO RETURN THEM UPON LEAVING THE PREMISES. Thank you Hakim for making our trip memorable. We could not have selected a better location for our stay in Montreal. The space was tidy, bright and cosy. We arrived right at check-in and seemed to surprise the cleaner, but otherwise our holiday was undisturbed.
The location was minutes away from most of our dinner reservations! Would highly recommend this host and location.

This place was just like home, no better words to describe it, just a classy little home with everytging I needed
I can't comment this studio because I have been relocated to another studio for plumbing issues. Anyway the other studio was very nice, clean, roomy and calm, everything I expected for a business trip.
We loved staying at Hakim's place in Montreal. He upgraded us to a lovely one bedroom apartment because the studio was having some plumbing issues, which was very nice of him. The apartment was in a nice building, in a great location and had all the amenities we needed. We'd definitely stay there again!
We stayed for three nights. Location was perfect and the accommodation cozy.
