Palmos Place is 10 mins away from Chapel on the Hills, 15 mins from Twinlakes, Tagaytay and Calaruega church. A 30 mins drive to Matabungkay and Nasugbu Beach and about, 45 minutes to Calatagan Beaches.
It can be a great station for hikers of Mt. Batulao and Mt. Talamitan.
The space
Its a 15k sqm property sorrounded by Mt Batulao and Mt Talamitam with different greenery and lush fruit bearing trees, colorful bloom collection of bromeliads plants, wild vine orchids, tall variety of bamboos and many more indigineous wild plants that can be seen around the space.
Every morning chirping and singing of different birds can be heard. And during night time, crickets sounds that sings a lullabies and put you to sleep.
At summer time, Dancing dragonflies and butterflies swam around you while swimming in the pool. Even fireflies waves their light at night.
Rainy day fog brush your cheeks with chills and frills.
A symphony of frog croaks at drizzling night.
Pet friendly surrounding. Daily routine of farm animals are visible. Our horse Thalia, busy munching grasses at our field. Roosters and hens and their chicks are pretty much occupied with their grass pecking. Persian cats lazily asleep or follow you around.
We have 3 pet dog as follows: 1 leashed wooly grey husky, 1 leashed regular semi husky, 1 Shi Tzu princess who roams around and greet guest with a smile.
Friendly neighborhood dogs are visible, who always wait for leftover foods. And a timely Gecko sounds like a ticking clock.
For booked guest, Tent camping, stargazing and bonfire are available inside the property . Just bring your own tent and just a min fee for bonfire set up. Safety watchers is required during bonfire.
Guests can bring their own mat for Yoga and for other daily health fitness exercises activities.
Runners and bikers can enjoy the hilly terrain inside and outside the property for their morning and afternoon running/biking routine.
A pool can be enjoyed for both children and adults who loves to swim or just laze around it.
360" roofdeck (w/ roof) for gazing and watching Nasugbu's amazing shoreline/ sunset and its citylight at night. Or just enjoy Lunch and Dinner set up at the roofdeck with a fresh mountain view of Mt Batulao and Mt Talamitam.
The Main house mostly furnished with old wood for provincial rustic vibes, consisting of 1 Master bedroom with A/C, T& B/ Hot/Cold shower, Living room area with sofa and 1 twin sharing bed
2 guestroom with AC and a Twin size bed in each room located at the lower level of Main house with shared toilet and Bath( Hot and Cold shower)
The Poolside room with 2 Double bed, AC and Toilet/Bath (Hot/cold shower).
Fresh towels, toilet papers and linens were provided.
Functional kitchen with Rice cooker, 3 burner gas stove, Microwave Oven, Electric Kettle, Complete with Pots, Pans and Kitchen utensils.
Due to this COVID era, guests were adviced to bring their own plates, spoon and fork and cups for hygenic purposes.
Dining/Holding area can accommodate of up to 25 person with Mt. Batulao as backdraft at the viewdeck.
Open Garden and covered pool pavillion are available ONLY for events like wedding, birthdays, baptismal anniversaries etc.
Overall, be relax and recharge with nature only at Palmos Place.

For our guests safety and health due to this COVID pandemic, we will be needing 2 hours to CLEAN and DISINFECT after every guests check out.
I also advice/encourage each group to bring their own plates, spoon and fork and cups for personal hygiene and sanitation purposes.
• The specified rate is good for 10 pax only. Our place can accommodate up to 20 guest and in excess of 10 pax its P1,200 per head can be paid upon check in.
-Advice us in advance if you will be needing Househelper for cooking, washing of dishes and other house assistant needs. House keeping rates apply at P400 per day from 8am to 5pm per assistant.
• 10 pm NOISE BAN are implemented, as per Bgy Protocol.
• Smoking inside the the Main house, Bedrooms and Toilets are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
• Trashcans are provided in every Toilet so kindly put all used tissues, diapers and sanitary disposables inside those trashbins.
• Please refrain from cooking all kind of dried fishes as it smells sticks to the kitchen for a very long time.
• Cigarette butts, Cans, Plastics and any other rubbish should be put in proper garbage bins
• NO Picking of Plants, fruits and flowers.
• Please wear PROPER swimming attire ONLY. No wearing of Tshirts and long pants.
• NO eating besides and inside the pool area. Outdoor tables and chairs are provided around the pool area.
• DONOT throw pebbles, rocks and other things/materials inside the pool.
• Provided towels are use for drying of HUMAN bodice ONLY. Please refrain from using it on pets, floors or other wet area. You can ask our staff for extra rugs if needed.
• Please refrain from lying/sitting on the beds with wet bodies. To maintain dryness and cleanliness of bedsheet and pillows.
• Taking care of kitchen appliances and utensils.
• Kindly turn-off all appliances including Aircon, small kitchen appliances, electric fans when not in use. Thank you in advance.
- Please do not RE- arranged furnitures, fixtures and other display inside and outside the house. Damaged Fee shall apply.
• We love our mountain, so as much as possible I would like to request our guest to bring back with them their recycables like Tin cans, Empty bottles of water/softdrinks/wines/liquors and plastic cups. Its a small gestures of preserving our environment and I personally thank you in advance for such gestures.
• Water is very important so please conserve it as well.
