My modern twin townhome is in the center of Moab just two blocks off Main Street in a quiet neighborhood. Vaulted ceilings make the living space light and bright with windows facing east and south. Detailed cleaning/disinfecting. Dual-band WiFi. Fully stocked with all you need. Great outdoor patio with gas BBQ. Two doors down is a great bike shop (with a daily shuttle to key trails), and one block from Moab's best Thai restaurant. 50 amp electric vehicle outlet for a fee.

The space
Our granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils to make great meals. Relax in the open plan living room and catch your favorite series on the 50" flat screen smart TV with accessible HDMI ports. A faux fur bean bag for additional seating is not pictured.

The two downstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and 32" flat screen TV in each. The downstairs bathroom has a travertine walk-in shower and granite vanity. We provide soap, shampoo, hairdryer and all linens.

On the second floor, enjoy a super comfortable king-sized bed in the master suite located on the second floor with 32" flat screen TV, hickory hardwood floors and a walk-in closet. The bright master bath has a wonderful travertine shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity.

Enjoy a book or catch up on some work in the loft which has an L desk, monitor, HP Officejet Pro 8275, and of course dual-band WiFi throughout the home.

Pack light and use our washer/dryer with iron, ironing board, and detergent.

Off the kitchen and living room is a private back patio. Use our natural gas BBQ and enjoy dinner outside admiring the beautiful cottonwood trees along the back fence and the occasional deer.

The two-car, carport has a large lockable bike/gear storage shed. You'll find chairs nearby to put on your gear and dust off the desert from your adventures. There is a new bike shop just two doors down.

The twin unit next door is owned by our friends and may also be available. A tall wall and gate separate the two rear patios, but the gate can be opened if both renters wish.

*We are following the CDC cleaning and disinfecting guidelines with special attention to high touch surfaces such as remotes, light switches, and doorknobs. These are being disinfected between each guest.

Neighborhood highlights

You're 500 steps from the city center, but it's a quiet street. There is a great walking trail and bike park to the west. Check out the Moab Aquatic Center for fabulous public pools within walking distance. Also, the best bike shop in Moab (Double Down) is just two doors to the east where you can rent a demo mountain bike, buy supplies, and even pick up a shuttle to the world-class trails that are hard to find and brutal on your vehicle suspension.
