Welcome to this impeccably preserved 1910 home with original woodwork throughout and amazing lakeview! Large front porch with a breathtaking, wide view of Seneca Lake! 2 blocks to Downtown Watkins Glen, closeto the public beach at Clute Park, the Gorge Hiking Trail, Watkins Glen Raceway, and all the wineries!

All of the woodwork in the home is original Craftsman style from 1910, giving a calm and relaxing feeling to the home. Entire home is tastefully decorated by the artist/designer who owns it. Bath and kitchen are fully updated. We strive to provide coffee, tea, sugar and creamer to get your day started!
Large living room and dining room, bright and airy with large windows. Fully stocked, modern, updated kitchen, with all cooking equipment, utensils and appliances. Large master with 1 queen, 1 double; 2 other bedrooms with 1 queen each. Spacious second floor bath with tub/shower and large vanity. First floor bath with large step in shower, and separate first floor laundry room.

COVID-19 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND HOLD HARMLESS FOR 207 S JACKSON STREET
Due to Covid-19/ Coronavirus, hosts would like to assure guests that a professional cleaning company has been employed to thoroughly clean and disinfect all interior surfaces in the home. All precautions are taken to eradicate any chance of transmission. Due to the inherent risks of travel, guests are asked to sign this acknowledgement of this risk, and confirm they will comply with all current CDC guidelines, NY state laws, and local ordinances, especially those related to Covid-19/ Coronavirus.
Acknowledgement is as follows:
I understand the property is professionally cleaned between visits, including a minimum 24 hour period where property is vacant. Cleaning checklist includes: clean and sanitize all interior surfaces, including door handles and switchplates, with a disinfecting solution; laundering all linens including sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, and washcloths (see below).
I understand the potential hazards of traveling due to the novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) and am familiar with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) guidelines regarding COVID-19. I acknowledge and understand that that the circumstances regarding COVID-19 are changing from day to day and that, accordingly, the CDC guidelines are regularly modified and updated. I accept full responsibility for familiarizing myself and my party with the most recent updates. I will follow these standards as well as any local restrictions that are in place during the entirety of my stay, for my own safety and protection, and that of others. This includes but is not limited to frequent handwashing, using hand sanitizer when handwashing is not possible, wearing face coverings in public and maintaining a distance of six feet from others.
If I or any member of my party has known exposure to Covid-19, has or has had a fever or any of the symptoms of the Coronavirus in the previous two weeks, we will not travel and stay in the property.
I warrant that I, nor any other member of my party has tested positive, had known exposure to Covid-19, nor has a fever or any of the symptoms of the Coronavirus, currently nor in the 2 weeks prior to travel.
In order to ensure the safety of myself and others I agree to the following precautions while renting 207 S.Jackson Street:
Removal of shoes at the door.
All sheets, blankets, pillow cases, facecloths and towels that were used, to be placed in hamper upon checkout (If you plan to bring your own please let us know in advance.)
All trash placed in bags before going into outdoor cans.
All dishes must be washed before checkout.
No personal items, condiments or food to be left behind, in cabinets, refrigerator, or trash cans.
Please crack a window upon checkout (making sure AC has been turned off).
I will follow all these precautions and ensure that all members of my party will as well.

This home is located on the "side hill" in the village of Watkins Glen, at the head of Seneca Lake, slightly to the west. Its location two blocks up on the hill affords the lovely view of the lake from the porch, side yard, living room, and master bedroom. Besides a charming village in its own right, Watkins Glen is centrally located to visit both the east and west sides of the lake for wineries, breweries, and restaurants. This home is also convenient to Clute Park public lake beach, Watkins Glen State Park - home of the Gorge; and is only 10 minutes from Watkins Glen Raceway.
