Along with the privacy of the treehouse, you are also welcome to hike down through the trails below the treehouse. We have seen turkeys, bears, foxes, deer, raccoons, and turtles throughout this forest....in addition, you may see a hawk or owl during your stay!

Other things to note
Please be aware there are times when heavy winds will cause the treehouse to sway/creak as it is built solely in the trees (note that this home has been engineered and built with the highest safety standards).

This property is located on a mountain, and if ice/snow is present then 4 wheel drive is necessary.

Our treehouse is built on a 16-acre parcel, 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. The property is within easy driving distance of restaurants, grocery stores, and the local visitor center. The area is wooded, but you will hear some road noise in the distance.
